    Jeet is damn good ... He's having a huge experience and expertise level. If someone knows the mistakes, he can rectify it. Most of the people in gym are crazy for heavy weight.     Athlean x ke hisab se dono legs do side pe hone chahiye with minimum inclination towards which side ur doing otherwise get ready for inguinal hernia...
    Frnds yeh exercise sabse famous hey hernia nikalne ke liye even more than squats

      Winged Shoulders: First Consult your doctors, Then Hire a PT as it is a condition and you don't want to go wrong with your form or anything while working out. I can tell you many Scapula activation exercises or fixing winged shoulder exercises but in order to assess how bad your condition is I have to see you in person.
      These issues are serious, do not rely just on internet information for this alright. GO SEE A DOCTOR, Both of you!!

      @@kritoshorts it's been 5 months and I started doing Chest supported dumbbell rows.. it is an alternate for dumbbell rows Try it once and you won't feel that pain in stomach
