    Wow! I have been looking for this recipe for ever... My mother made this for us when I was growing up and loved the way it tasted, She made the rolls using cheese cloth on top of the pot tide it with a rubber band while the water was boiling. This is one of many of my favorite Vietnamese food my mother would cook for me and my brother and sister and even my friends would not miss this for the world!

    I love this recipe. Tried last year following your recipe. It was yummy. All the sudden, I wanted to eat this one again and had to search the recipe again and I realised that I am watching the same one I had watched before! Your recipe must be one of the best one. And so amazing that this was 7 years ago!?!? I wonder if you are still posting videos? Well, I will find it out. I love your video!

    Also, thank you for adding 1L instead of 750ml. I tried this package before and it turned out terrible. With the water adjustment, they turned out much better.

    I'm so happy I've found your videos!!! I've always wondered how the Viet restaurants make all these different foods. Even my own mom wouldn't go out of her way to make all these dishes homemade instead of just going to the restaurants. Now that i'm away from my family and authentic viet food, I crave it all so badly. Hopefully I'll be able to make it all myself by watching your videos

  • @MelodyKiss1
    @MelodyKiss1 11 років тому

    300 ml of water with 5 spoon of fish sauce, 4 cup coffee spoon sugar and 2 spoon virgir , and add one lemond on. Stir them together , you can extra hot sauce or garlic on that more delicous. Just taste it when you feel the taste like restaurent that you came before. Or another way especally than you can buy rib pork and cook them with the water and fish sauce in about 6 hours low flame aftter that you will have perfect sauce as natural sweet. that is it.
