30 Minute Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga

- This is a 30 minute gentle vinyasa flow yoga class focussing on freeing up your hips, hamstrings and spine. It's a great class when you'd like to find some space in your body and lubricate your joints without too much effort. This class has very little weight bearing on the wrists and shoulders and it's free of push ups! Class moves through some linear and circular spinal waves, low lunges, twists, simple balance (tree) and some standing postures all designed to gently invigorate the spine and legs. Enjoy!

That after over two years of practicing with you I am still able to try new ones. Thank you. My hips felt today's class in a lovely way. I'm feeling very open.
