Ok girls. If you are looking for something that actually works, then this is it! I have been doing these exercises for three days. But I am doing the work out 2 to 3 times a day, And today my waist looks smaller, my jeans are a little looser and I have definition in my abs. I’m not even kidding. I am stunned!! You HAVE to do this, it is amazing!!! So happy I found this video ❤️
2.5 weeks of doing this daily, eating well, and doing the Lumowell Pilates app, and I've lost one kilo and SIX INCHES off my waist. I definitely recommend this workout.
I did this workout 3 times a day for 3 days and I lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my belly, and 1 kgs of weight. Here's a sample of what my diet looked like: Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 2 eggs, 1-2 fruits of choice Snack 1 - Popcorn, fruit Lunch - 1/2 cup of rice with lentils Snack 2 - Cucumber, low calorie protein bar Dinner - 1-2 thin flatbread + Eggs and sauteed veggies Drinks - Black coffee / Green Tea / Watermelon juice
sounds delicious but please make sure you’re eating enough! If you’re under 1200 calories a day that isn’t a sustainable amount and you’ll end up both ruining your metabolism and gaining it all back. Wish you luck! ❤

No it’s actually crazy how much this works, I used to try Chloe ting workouts or litterally anything I could find, but i did this for 2 days and ALREADY saw results. I’m going to continue, and it’s in my daily routine now. I don’t think there’s anything that can top this workout. I’m the kindof person that quits after one day but this is too good to quit. This is what you’re missing.

For anyone wondering if this works.... It does!!! I was skeptical because my waist always looked so boxy and I thought all it really came down to was body shape. so i started 2 days ago and decided to comment tdy (3rd day). IM NOT GONNA GIVE UP: starting waist: 28.5 starting weight: 54 kgs DISCLAIMER: im not doing the hip raises, i didnt see them after pasting the workout onto notes so basically i dont do them. day 1: not that hard but i was sweaty. i felt a bit dizzy (this happens all the time when i workout btw) waist: 28.5 in. sets: 2. weight: 54.05 (i ate a lot and got rlly bloated) day 2: woke up without being sore. planks were as hard as the first day. noticed my bloating go a bit down. waist: nth much changed maybe like less than 0.1 inch. sets: 2. weight: 54. day 3(tdy): im a bit sore around my lower abs area. planks were SO much easier. my arms felt rlly strong (my arms are rlly weak naturally bc i dont drink milk whatsoever and im a picky eater. waist: 27.4!! sets: 2 (gonna do the 3rd after lunch) weight: 53.40 :p. day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: like to motivate me
y’all i promise vicky has great workouts this was the first one i did and i saw changed in 3 days , i was like wtf now my tummy is flatter i’ve been doing this for months now but i stop then i go back and my shit is getting kinda chubby but i started doing her workouts again. i promise you won’t regret just focus on ur tummy while working out and know that it’ll all be worth it ,
Crizza Belle I would do it for 2 rounds like replay the video again 1 mintue after you finished it. and it’ll be like 3-4 days in a week , once a day but 2 rounds of that makes sense .
This definitely works, I've been doing it for 4 days now I do it x3 times a day and my waist is getting slimmer unlike the other over the top and extremely hard exercises on UA-cam this one is faster, more effective and only focuses on your stomach. If you guys really do want a small waist this is what you need 😉. Edit: y'all I stopped doing the exercise a long time ago so I can't really answer much of your questions🥲, however I can definitely tell u it did work I just wasn't consistent enough to keep it up but I really hope you guys do and reach your goals don't be like me✨️✨️

Not that anyone’s asking, but when I first wanted to try this workout, I was looking for results(that were realistic). So being the lazy person that I am, I wanted to try this but instead of doing it 3x a day, I did it only once, so I started seeing results on the 5th day, but it was minor😕. So then I started to do it 3x a day, and wowwwwww😫 I 13/10 recommend this. I wasn’t really looking for anything until I saw my waist and stomach in the mirror and OKURRRRRRR👀. this workout is INCREDIBLE! I’ve only been doing it for 3 days and I already see results! It’s a pretty easy workout too! (For me, at least.) the first day I did it 2 times, the second day I did it 3 times, and yesterday I only did it once. I haven’t been very careful with what I’m eating, either. I don’t eat fast food or drink coffee, but other that that I just eat what I want. (Within reason.) anyway, this workout really does work, and I think everyone should try it!
So it’s only been two days and I’m starting to see a different in my waist but not a lot (cause it’s been only two days, but if I see any difference I’ll update So it’s been 4 days and my stomach is really sore I feel like my waist is smaller but I’m not sure. I’ve been taking pictures before and after and I definitely do see a difference. Skip to day 5.... : I started seeing my waste actually getting smaller and the workout gets easier Now a month into it...with the right fit and this workout you’ll get exactly the results ur looking for

for anyone thinking of doing this do it! I did it for 2-3 times a day for a week it’s been three weeks and I lost 3 inches I was at 36 inches to a 33 inches it works , I was on a diet too I just ate no bread or pasta, since it has so much fat! I weight 170 now I weight 158 in a month. My body is curvy so I give me more of a hourglass body. ;3
this workout really works. I’m revisiting it because it worked for me a few years ago. Just be consistent. Do it 3 times a day, and in about 5 days you will begin seeing results. I can only speak from experience, it really does work!

This does work I did it 7 days straight and my belly was super flat no weight loss but my waist looked smaller and my tummy does go down. I stick to this on & off but everytime I have a engagement to attend I make sure to stick to for 5 days straight and it truly works!!! Also I do notice a difference the 3rd day

This is my routine, I do it once a day: .. 1. 30sec plank 2. 40 plank twists 3. 40 bicycle crunches 4. 40 crunches 5. 20 side crunches on both sides 6. Plank position knees to elbows 7. Hip raises 8. Suck in your waist and hold it for 40 seconds x2 I combined lots of peoples small waist workouts and it has really worked! I hope this helps
I saw a few comments on how little she was wearing, and like.... In the beginning of the video she said she was living, or at least was at the time in, Miami. I don't have to be a weather expert to know it gets hot in Miami and wearing leggings would be torture. Also, if she shows the viewers how toned she is, the viewers will know its not clickbait. hey guys! i did about half of the chloe ting hourglass challenge and i took a break for a bit and did this for 3 times in one day and even just from one day i can see that THIS WORKS WAY FASTER and it’s easier so don’t put yourself through a lot of unnecessary time and effort doing this 3x a day is just fine:)

Hi friends! I recommend this to anyone who wants to get a smaller waist. I have been doing this for 3 days in a row and I have lost 2cm in the waist. I tried to eat healthy, 3 meals a day, with 4 hours between meals. No meals after 8 p.m. Drink as much water as possible! 😊 Good luck to everyone! ♥️

So I'm going to do this workout and I'll update y'all on the results (im doing it 4× a day ) Day 1: it was hard but it's better than most workouts Day 2: woke up with a flat stomach all day and im starting to see curves plus it's getting alot easier to do Day 3: same as day 2 my muscles are sore and my body shape is so much better. Im already seeing a bit of results Day 4: my muscles aren't sore anymore and the workout is becoming easier, my shape is alot better and Its helping me with my upper body strength with the 30 second planks Day 5: it's the same as day 4 my shape is now changing slower than before since at the beginning it changes your body quickly Day 6: I took a break for a day cause I felt like it wasn't working anymore Day 7: I did it again and it's working again if you feel like it's not helping you anymore take a break from it or increase the times you do it Day 8 : it's better and it's working again my shape improved Day 9: my waist is getting smaller it's so much better Day 10: after I do this workout and shower I feel so good and my muscles feel better Day 11: I did it and if you feel like you're stuck and there's no changes do a different workout or take a rest day Day 12: break i didnt do it Day 13: i did it my shape is slowly improving definitely not as fast as before Day 14: I did it the workout is now super easy for me to do Conclusion: I 100% recommend this workout it helped alot im going to keep continuing it. This is actually one of the few workouts that I feel comfortable doing but at the same time it still burns. Thanks for reading

This is my go-to ab workout. It’s so quick, thorough, and you can do it every day. I’ve done it so much that I only need to watch the video if I’ve gone a couple weeks. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to keep in shape, but have issues with time limitations or a short attention span.

I remember doing this workout years ago and how it gave me results. It was one of the first workouts I ever stuck to, and Vicky was the first "fitness influencer" I ever fell in love with. Going back to it gives me such nostalgia, and it feels like such a classic haha!

i've tried multiple different ab workouts, this one had the fastest and the best results. I've went from kpop idol routines, to popular influencer routines, but this one is the best, and thats an understatement
it is hard! i'm not assuming anything, but try to start by eating cleaner, even if its just a handful of fruits a day or a vegetable at night. once you start doing that, working out could motivate you try doing it with friends! going through a 30 day challenge with them and seeing who could last longer is also a way to improve your lifestyle in the long run!
Try cutting out all drinks besides tea, coffee and water, it makes a huge difference. Also instead of snacking on chips eat air popped popcorn its a lot less calories.
Sequoiah Dreams Meat isn’t murder, it’s natural, but sure, going vegan will help a lot as it’s healthy but it doesn’t mean you have to cut all meats out of your diet. White meats like chicken contain a lot of protein which is good for your muscles as it repairs them. Eggs too are very high in protein. Watching videos about slaughterhouses is just sad and depressing, and as we all know, being depressed is a very large cause of being overweight or unhealthy, maybe not physically but mentally. What I find good for losing weight in general is a good 2-6 mile walk everyday and just cutting down on the calories you eat.
Guys this really does work!!! I started seeing results in the first 3 days itself and now I don't do this everyday but I do try to do these exercises on alternate days! I had a really straight waist without even the slightest curves and this has really helped, you need to try it out and don't loose hope in the first 2-3 days!!! You will see results!!!

I did this workout 3 times a day for 3 days and I lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my belly, and 1 kgs of weight.
Here's a sample of what my diet looked like:
Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 2 eggs, 1-2 fruits of choice
Snack 1 - Popcorn, fruit
Lunch - 1/2 cup of rice with lentils
Snack 2 - Cucumber, low calorie protein bar
Dinner - 1-2 thin flatbread + Eggs and sauteed veggies
Drinks - Black coffee / Green Tea / Watermelon juice
sounds delicious but please make sure you’re eating enough! If you’re under 1200 calories a day that isn’t a sustainable amount and you’ll end up both ruining your metabolism and gaining it all back. Wish you luck! ❤

No it’s actually crazy how much this works, I used to try Chloe ting workouts or litterally anything I could find, but i did this for 2 days and ALREADY saw results. I’m going to continue, and it’s in my daily routine now. I don’t think there’s anything that can top this workout. I’m the kindof person that quits after one day but this is too good to quit. This is what you’re missing.

starting waist: 28.5
starting weight: 54 kgs
DISCLAIMER: im not doing the hip raises, i didnt see them after pasting the workout onto notes so basically i dont do them.
day 1: not that hard but i was sweaty. i felt a bit dizzy (this happens all the time when i workout btw) waist: 28.5 in. sets: 2. weight: 54.05 (i ate a lot and got rlly bloated)
day 2: woke up without being sore. planks were as hard as the first day. noticed my bloating go a bit down. waist: nth much changed maybe like less than 0.1 inch. sets: 2. weight: 54.
day 3(tdy): im a bit sore around my lower abs area. planks were SO much easier. my arms felt rlly strong (my arms are rlly weak naturally bc i dont drink milk whatsoever and im a picky eater. waist: 27.4!! sets: 2 (gonna do the 3rd after lunch) weight: 53.40 :p.

I do it x3 times a day and my waist is getting slimmer unlike the other over the top and extremely hard exercises on UA-cam this one is faster, more effective and only focuses on your stomach. If you guys really do want a small waist this is what you need 😉.

Not that anyone’s asking, but when I first wanted to try this workout, I was looking for results(that were realistic). So being the lazy person that I am, I wanted to try this but instead of doing it 3x a day, I did it only once, so I started seeing results on the 5th day, but it was minor😕. So then I started to do it 3x a day, and wowwwwww😫 I 13/10 recommend this. I wasn’t really looking for anything until I saw my waist and stomach in the mirror and OKURRRRRRR👀. This also cleared up my skin hella, drinking water and eating healthy are the main things you needa do. Hope this helps, good luck💗💖💕

this workout is INCREDIBLE! I’ve only been doing it for 3 days and I already see results! It’s a pretty easy workout too! (For me, at least.) the first day I did it 2 times, the second day I did it 3 times, and yesterday I only did it once. I haven’t been very careful with what I’m eating, either. I don’t eat fast food or drink coffee, but other that that I just eat what I want. (Within reason.) anyway, this workout really does work, and I think everyone should try it!

I did it for 2-3 times a day for a week it’s been three weeks and I lost 3 inches I was at 36 inches to a 33 inches it works , I was on a diet too I just ate no bread or pasta, since it has so much fat! I weight 170 now I weight 158 in a month. My body is curvy so I give me more of a hourglass body. ;3

this workout really works. I’m revisiting it because it worked for me a few years ago. Just be consistent. Do it 3 times a day, and in about 5 days you will begin seeing results. I can only speak from experience, it really does work!

this is my go to work out .i started younger ,5years from now(2024) im now post partum and it's really helping me getting my waist back. though my core is much weaker now ,im still able to do it though at a slower pace.....but really this work out works..quick and efficient
This does work I did it 7 days straight and my belly was super flat no weight loss but my waist looked smaller and my tummy does go down. I stick to this on & off but everytime I have a engagement to attend I make sure to stick to for 5 days straight and it truly works!!! Also I do notice a difference the 3rd day

1. 30sec plank
2. 40 plank twists
3. 40 bicycle crunches
4. 40 crunches
5. 20 side crunches on both sides
6. Plank position knees to elbows
7. Hip raises
8. Suck in your waist and hold it for 40 seconds x2
I combined lots of peoples small waist workouts and it has really worked! I hope this helps

hey guys! i did about half of the chloe ting hourglass challenge and i took a break for a bit and did this for 3 times in one day and even just from one day i can see that THIS WORKS WAY FASTER and it’s easier so don’t put yourself through a lot of unnecessary time and effort doing this 3x a day is just fine:)

Ok Vicky I was a bit skeptical at first but I was looking for anything to work and tried it anyway it has been two days and amazingly my waist is already becoming tiny. I wanted to look good in my swimsuit and now I can be super confident thanks Vicky. I’m going to add the butt workout into this one. I pray that one works as well as this one

Hi friends! I recommend this to anyone who wants to get a smaller waist. I have been doing this for 3 days in a row and I have lost 2cm in the waist. I tried to eat healthy, 3 meals a day, with 4 hours between meals. No meals after 8 p.m. Drink as much water as possible! 😊

I'm a guy and to be honest I usually watch Vicky's videos because she's so gorgeous. I actually tried this one though for my abs and it was damn effective. My whole mid-section was on fire.

Yess girl, I’m on day one rn I’ll check in with my progress once a week
any results?
So I'm going to do this workout and I'll update y'all on the results (im doing it 4× a day )
Day 1: it was hard but it's better than most workouts
Day 2: woke up with a flat stomach all day and im starting to see curves plus it's getting alot easier to do
Day 3: same as day 2 my muscles are sore and my body shape is so much better. Im already seeing a bit of results
Day 4: my muscles aren't sore anymore and the workout is becoming easier, my shape is alot better and Its helping me with my upper body strength with the 30 second planks
Day 5: it's the same as day 4 my shape is now changing slower than before since at the beginning it changes your body quickly
Day 6: I took a break for a day cause I felt like it wasn't working anymore
Day 7: I did it again and it's working again if you feel like it's not helping you anymore take a break from it or increase the times you do it
Day 8 : it's better and it's working again my shape improved
Day 9: my waist is getting smaller it's so much better
Day 10: after I do this workout and shower I feel so good and my muscles feel better
Day 11: I did it and if you feel like you're stuck and there's no changes do a different workout or take a rest day
Day 12: break i didnt do it
Day 13: i did it my shape is slowly improving definitely not as fast as before
Day 14: I did it the workout is now super easy for me to do
Conclusion: I 100% recommend this workout it helped alot im going to keep continuing it. This is actually one of the few workouts that I feel comfortable doing but at the same time it still burns. Thanks for reading

This is my go-to ab workout. It’s so quick, thorough, and you can do it every day. I’ve done it so much that I only need to watch the video if I’ve gone a couple weeks. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to keep in shape, but have issues with time limitations or a short attention span.

Your neck isn't really supposed to hurt. Make sure that you engage your abs and allow your neck to loosen up :)

I remember doing this workout years ago and how it gave me results. It was one of the first workouts I ever stuck to, and Vicky was the first "fitness influencer" I ever fell in love with. Going back to it gives me such nostalgia, and it feels like such a classic haha!

+Moony Kate i have huge problem of being inconsistent. there are times i workout and eat healthy for one week then when there are times im sad i forget to eat clean and just let myself out and eat out sweets and stay in bed but now ill do it again. i already missed 1 week of not working out ;( i just feel bad seeing my slim thin waist 2 years ago.

i have that problem too, i think you just need to be focused on it.. it works for me so i don't know, just imagine how things will be if you workout like slimmer waist or toned body, and remember that if you eat junk food, it may cause a big tummy or deceases. just work on yourself, i think it will help

I started doing this 6 days ago and it’s amazing !! I started doing it 3 times a day then I just did it once everyday and I also did Lilly sabri smaller waist challenge and I lost 2 inches in less than a week I also started eating healthier and I love it!! I use to be 28 inches now I’m 26🥰

I'm 13 and I was browsing through UA-cam, and I saw this video, so I started doing it. Today's my second day, and it burns like crap. Proof, for me, that its working so far. I'll keep you guys updated if I see a difference between my stomach on my first and third day!

i've tried multiple different ab workouts, this one had the fastest and the best results. I've went from kpop idol routines, to popular influencer routines, but this one is the best, and thats an understatement

it is hard! i'm not assuming anything, but try to start by eating cleaner, even if its just a handful of fruits a day or a vegetable at night. once you start doing that, working out could motivate you
try doing it with friends! going through a 30 day challenge with them and seeing who could last longer is also a way to improve your lifestyle in the long run!

Try cutting out all drinks besides tea, coffee and water, it makes a huge difference. Also instead of snacking on chips eat air popped popcorn its a lot less calories.
Sequoiah Dreams Meat isn’t murder, it’s natural, but sure, going vegan will help a lot as it’s healthy but it doesn’t mean you have to cut all meats out of your diet. White meats like chicken contain a lot of protein which is good for your muscles as it repairs them. Eggs too are very high in protein. Watching videos about slaughterhouses is just sad and depressing, and as we all know, being depressed is a very large cause of being overweight or unhealthy, maybe not physically but mentally. What I find good for losing weight in general is a good 2-6 mile walk everyday and just cutting down on the calories you eat.
Guys this really does work!!! I started seeing results in the first 3 days itself and now I don't do this everyday but I do try to do these exercises on alternate days! I had a really straight waist without even the slightest curves and this has really helped, you need to try it out and don't loose hope in the first 2-3 days!!! You will see results!!!
