Good advice. For me at 73 it has been all about eating clean, no processed foods. Only real food. Have been intermittent fasting daily since 2019. Gym work and walking 5 times a week. It's all about quality of life and being willing to go to any lengths to get where you want to go. Still searching and learning more on a daily basis. Thanks for your advise on this journey.

Hi Lacey, what would you recommend for a good protein bar that does not contain soy? I would to grab something quick for a meal/snack.

This is SUPER random, but were you by chance at a playground/garden today near Dallas? If not you’ve got a doppelgänger in my town :)

Sorry Lacey, I just can't take health advice from someone who has used needles to cover a massive amount of her body by injecting a toxin--what is healthy about INK? You do you, I wish you all the best, but when I am searching for people who are on a healthy path that I might emulate, someone who is tatted up enough to have been in prison just does not look like someone who respects her body. Makes no sense to me. Thanks anyway.

So because she has TWO tattoos you can see all of her knowledge and advice is useless to you? I think you need to search some personal development videos instead to heal your soul first before your body...your comment was completely uncalled for and hateful. You felt so compelled to call her out on her tattoos? I just can't understand that?? She literally claims to be clean-ISH, she doesn't say, be perfect in every single way. I just discovered Lacey and I happen to think her videos are helpful, but I have a tattoo so what do I know 😂 BUT I do know there are a lot of (also great) health influencers out there with zero tats so maybe you should go search for them instead of being so triggered by a little ink.
