So happy I found you. Thank you for the information and tips.
Great 👍🏼 video ❤💯💯💯
Couple things work against me, working nights and driving for a living, let’s just say I have more leg days at the gym than anything else 😅
My problem is that I also exceed fat and carbs but, always under protein and calories and then I don't know what to eat for those two macros
Have you tried adding in protein shakes? That’s an easy way to supplement protein but not go too high in calories.
Curious, how much is too much protein? 40%? 50%?
For optimal muscle growth, assuming you're doing strength training, you'll want to have 1.1g protein per pound of weight. I hope this helps!

Does cirkul water break a fast?
Hmm I have not tried that before! Do you mind sharing the ingredients/nutrition fact information?
Would worms be a factor? Constant huger?
That is outside of my knowledge and I’d recommend speaking with your doctor if you fear that’s an actual concern. But my inclination is to say it’s not the case.
High fat intake is what causes diabetes?? Some days I'll eat a little more fat to get fat soluble vitamins but I only choose healthy fats,,
this can cause diabetes??
Great question - it's really dependent on what TYPE of fat you're consuming in high amounts. Studies have shown that a high-fat diet and high intakes of saturated fat are associated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, but you're correct that dietary fat does not have an immediate effect on blood sugar levels.
Good fats do not cause diabetes. Too many carbs cause that.
@@laceybaier_ so it's only high saturated fat that can cause diabetes? I mainly try to eat fats that contain vitamin K2 like cheese and eggs I do eat red meat but I try to get the leaner type, so it sounds like the fat from nuts and seeds doesn't cause diabetes but what about phytates and oxalates? I've been worried about that from nuts and seeds
Because I've been wondering if I should incorporate them into my diet
@@faithwinrod6817 that's what I'm confused about because one group says it's fat the other groups has its carbs , I'm trying to find a healthy diet to build muscle, get into a healthy body weight that I'm happy with , and improve bone health as I have osteoporosis that's mainly why sometimes I eat higher fat for the fat soluble vitamins like K2 but I do worry about the rest of my body like my liver enzymes because they have gone up a bit but I don't know which macro it
Carbohydrates definitely cause diabetes, heart disease and Alzheimer’s.
I hit a plateau and had to lower my carbs.
That's great you're paying attention to what your body needs! I hope you're successful with these new macros. :) Let me know if I can help in anyway!
@@laceybaier_ thank you Lacey!!
