Hi, Lacey. I've had your pulled pork video saved for a couple years now, but had no idea, until tonight, you are doing videos on IF, belly fat, and clean eating. So nice to see this. Thanks for all the info! ❤
Another great video. Thank you. Your videos are a huge help in my IF journey and in prepping meals for the week. You rock!

I would love to understand more about IF in terms of when and how especially around periods etc.
Should women fast or not ?
Dr.Mindy Pelz has great videos on that subject.
How long does it take for loose skin to tighten after the weight is gone? Any tips on this?
It really depends on how much loose skin you have, and your age. I recommend working on improving your overall body composition by adding in strength training so the muscle takes up some of the empty space, and also taking collagen to help with skin elasticity. I still have lose skin, but a lot of it has disappeared...it's also important to remember it's part of the journey, and a sign of your accomplishment, and work on accepting your new body
I have lot of extra skin in my tummy due to pregnancy and losing weight please help me what to do
do you think it’s hard to maintain abs at 14 years old?
Hey Lacey! Would you recommend intermittent fasting as a healthy way to avoid gaining excessive weight during pregnancy? I'm currently three and a half months into pregnancy number two and managed to get all forty pounds worked back off from my first child before becoming pregnant with this one, but would much rather gain the recommended twenty five pounds this time around. Any advice is greatly appreciated! 🙏
Talk to your OBGYN. I was an OBGYN nurse and definitely address your concerns with your doctor.
@@mariabarbaramarquez4698 Thank you so much! I have an appointment tomorrow and will bring it up then 😊
@@gracemcateer3871 that's good. Always go see a professional whenever possible. And in your case, pregnancy, is not a simple matter.
Okay, talked to the doctor this and he recommended against intermittent fasting until 3 to 6 months after little one is born. Thank you all so much for your input!
@@gracemcateer3871 that is good to know. I hope you that will be successful and safe.👍
do you have any sugar-free desserts on your blog?
