I think these fools made it way too easy for her and the state to convict. The sheer video evidence and the incredibly incriminating recorded testimony to the police at the scene of the crime by all 3 in front of the jury was overwhelming, simply overwhelming. Not even an imbecile lawyer could screw it up. The only thing that could get these guys off the hook would have been only ONE racist juror. Only that PERIOD looking at the crushing evidence and intent on their part looking at them in video camera

At first, I had given Roddy a pass because I thought all he did was shoot the video. I had no idea he had used his truck as a weapon against Arbery and the fact that he caused his death by not allowing him to escape; another point was when the Prosecutor told the jury that Roddys own words were "I missed him" indicating he was trying to hit him and in that video when he says "Should WE had been chasing him? I don't know". All this speaks clearly that he was a participant of this lynch mob and although the defense claims he never brought a weapon is a lie.........the truck was his weapon when he said "I missed him"; like firing a gun at someone fleeing and you say "I missed him"..............same thing here. Roddy is guilty as hell in this murder and hopefully he doesn't see the light of freedom ever again. But I would like to send him a Thank You card for shooting the video and letting everyone know that he had the Murder Lynching of Arbery by himself and those other two peckawoods all on video.

their confidence would have been supported except for the small fact that they did not personally witness Arbery stealing anything. IF you are in the act of making a legal detainment and someone tries to wrestle your gun away, you are not only legally allowed to shoot that person, but you are tactically obligated...you cannot allow someone to take your gun. However, this was not a legal citizens arrest due to this small problem...not being a first hand witness. Citizen arrest laws are really responsible for this murder...the killers did honestly think they were doing the right thing...hence their overconfidence.
