- Welcome to Day 4 and my favourite target area, abs & obliques! This workout is a real burn and the perfect way to strengthen & tone your core.

I have done so many types of workouts but Amanda’s one worked wonders for me and mind you I am 50++ and it was amazing to see my body change - I became much more flexible in addition to a taut body.

Thanks for the feedback! The yoga classes are there to allow a lighter day and some recovery (especially flexibility)...its hard to make a program online that caters to everyones individual needs + abilities. Hopefully you can still get something positive from the challenge :)

I love your workouts! I enjoy hard, "old school", energetic exercises but I also really like yoga, and you manage to merge those together perfectly. I'm very grateful you shared this challenge, as this is an excellent time to focus on our bodies!

I like your techniques and forms in all the workouts which are perfect. It doesn't break the rhythm unlike others because you bring it in circuit method. Becoming your fan.
