We had a Newf from when I was 9 to 20. He was the goodest boy.

we have had 3 Newfies (all females ) in the past 26 years, with the last one tossing the Rainbow Bridge in May 2023 at 10.5 years old. Even though we still have 3 Pomeranians our house is still not the same. We are both in our mid 60’s and not sure if we want to get one more Newfie because of their size and care needed.
Very understandable. They are amazing to share one's life with, and their lives are heartbreakingly short.
Ichinojo doesn't snore like Dethan, but when he's completely wiped out he'll drool in his sleep and leave a huge wet spot on his bed.

How is Dethan's health?
He is an elderly pup now and is retired from adventures. He is content to lie in his front yard and watch the world go by.
