John Paul Jones playing the bass with left foot while sitting at keys...not missing a beat...amazing group...glad to of grown-up listening to them...never get tired of hearing LED ZEPPELIN
Jones and Bonham carried the band to a large degree. They were definitely amazing as a whole and Page was an excellent guitarist and producer but they needed that rhythm section holding them down throughout the songs.
Bonham’s drums shined in this song, and always has. The fantastic bass line would not be nearly as fantastic without Bonham’s consistent bass beat right under it. Their timing is perfect. And then the stutter beats, immediate stop of all music, and split-second restart of the beat, with all band members perfectly in sync. Perfect timing, at a point that almost sounds like a mistake, but you realize that it was intentional because they do it again 3 or 4 or 5 times. I was closely watching for little segments of video where you can see Bonham’s incredible stick work, and towards the end we’re blessed with a couple of clips showing him, in the zone, sticks just flying around his drum kit! Just amazing!!! I’m a huge Jimmie Page fan, but on this one, you’ve just got to pay attention to Bonham! Thanks for playing this one. Kashmir and No Quarter are my two favorite songs, but I pretty much love them all. (Except for maybe Stairway to Heaven, but that is because it was so extremely over played back in the day.)

Only 51k subscribers as I'm typing this but you guys are killing it keep it up! Never really got that deep into Led Zeppelin but always enjoyed the song Kashmir a very mystical thought provoking experience. Can't imagine how amazing this must of been live. Rock is definitely past it's prime atleast for now till it might have a surge again in future generations but we always have these videos and songs to go back too so it's definitely not so bad. That perm is crazy btw rockstars definitely revolutionized and challenged style standards for men back then till the 80's hair metal bands started dominating towards the end of rocks peak with the silly makeup and crazy colored spandex they wore. Not all rock bands were bad during the 80's though New Wave groups were popular and they definitely are some of my favorite groups of all time. Enjoyed seeing the smile on the older black gentlemans hair. Aside from Jimi Hendrix black people defined and generated what rock music was or as it was known back then rock n roll Chuck Berry comes to mind but there's plenty of other examples even women. Rediscovering music again and curious to where it'll take me and what might be the most stimulating and enjoyable this time around. Anyone reading this feel free to reply if you want I'll get back to you. Peace.

You know, Zep gets a lot of shit for their live performances post 75-76 years but after watching this again, this was what, 77? I think. They F'ing slayed this.
I love their albums but I went to a live concert in 76-77 ish at the LA Forum and it was so loud, I used cotton from my girlfriend’s aspirin bottle to save my ears. They literally hurt and I was on the starting line of drag racing for decades
Knebworth 1979. 150,000 people approx. 1977 was the year that Plants little boy died. They were off for two years. This was their first performance after that long hiatus…and after Bonham convinced Plant to stay in the band. His voice sounds stronger to me after that enforced break from touring. But he’s definitely less animated. For very understandable reasons
This was 1979. Actually I just read the reviews to almost every 1977 show and 90% of the reviews were stellar. I was a skeptic too but the recordings have never captured that live thunderous sound.
"White Pants" was Jimmy Page the guitarist, and John Paul Jones was on the keyboards. On the keyboard, he actually played the bass part there along with the rest of the keyboard instrumentation.
Good job fellas! Band members are jimmy page (white pants) John Paul Jones is on the meletron of course John Bonham drums aka Bonzo and fabulous Robert plant vocals. I strongly recommend Ramble on for your list. Keep on rocking 🥁🎸
Great tune my favorite of all time. Have you guys heard Fleetwood Mac on midnight special the song RHIANNON. You have to react to that baby man. #ROCKON.
John (Bonzo) Bonham switches 4 4 time to 5 4 time and Jimmy has to keep up! Brilliant song we don't have musicians like this anymore.,when Bonham passed most of my high school friends held a kegger in his honor! RIP JOHN BONHAM!
Please do Kashmir live at celebration day. They are in their 60’s and Jason Bonham stands in for his dad on drums. 20000 tickets and 20000000requests for tickets…they held a lottery…I didn’t win…🖖🏻🇨🇦
Because of the sound quality and technology that had been updated so much years later. You definitely have to check out the version from I think it's the '08 concert in England. The name of the film or concert film is called Celebration Day. And features legendary drummer John Bonham who passed away in 1980 I think at the age of 32. Showcases his son on drums. Keep up the good work.
Fenom202 got it, you can tell when their, in 'their' zone. They're preforming and we're invited to watch and listen. Thank God for video recorders. Imagine what's been lost throughout the ages.
To me, the 4 of them together, are like 4 parts of the same musician. They are so tight & in sync, that even when they improvise, they all flow easily. Their live performances, songs are never the same each time they play, Page plays what flows from him & Plant sings what he’s feeling. A really great song to checkout is live at Earls Court the May 25,1975 version of In My Time Of Dying, that date has the best audio & visual, the other date I think got some damage. You should also try Kashmir live at Celebration Day, the 3 remaining members are in their 60’s, & John Bonham’s son Jason plays drums & they still have it. In My Time Of Dying is an old gospel song, & Led Zeppelin will take you to church.

Congratulations on 50K gentlemen.
Plant, Page, and Jones reunited in 2007 for 1 concert called Celebration Day--they are in their 60s then. The concert vid for Kashmir at the concert killed it-------they still have it!!!!!
Corey I just love watching you react to these bands that I grew up with. You smile is Killer.
You know, Zep gets a lot of shit for their live performances post 75-76 years but after watching this again, this was what, 77? I think. They F'ing slayed this.
79 actually, pretty sure
I love their albums but I went to a live concert in 76-77 ish at the LA Forum and it was so loud, I used cotton from my girlfriend’s aspirin bottle to save my ears. They literally hurt and I was on the starting line of drag racing for decades
Knebworth 1979. 150,000 people approx.
1977 was the year that Plants little boy died. They were off for two years. This was their first performance after that long hiatus…and after Bonham convinced Plant to stay in the band. His voice sounds stronger to me after that enforced break from touring. But he’s definitely less animated. For very understandable reasons
@@deantait8326yup. They were loud. I’m Very surprised that none of the three surviving members seem to be hard of hearing.
Great reaction
These guys are awesome.
Good job fellas! Band members are jimmy page (white pants) John Paul Jones is on the meletron of course John Bonham drums aka Bonzo and fabulous Robert plant vocals. I strongly recommend Ramble on for your list. Keep on rocking 🥁🎸
Best drummer ever!!
JPJ....one of the greatest Bass Masters of all tyme. They rarely show the guy...damn shame. Great reaction guys! Loved the live choice too...☘️🇺🇲
this one is my fave Led’s song 🙌😎
Great tune my favorite of all time. Have you guys heard Fleetwood Mac on midnight special the song RHIANNON. You have to react to that baby man. #ROCKON.
I love seeing Corey’s face lighting up and he’s groovin’, lol! Yep, that’s how we looked a lot too.
John (Bonzo) Bonham switches 4 4 time to 5 4 time and Jimmy has to keep up! Brilliant song we don't have musicians like this anymore.,when Bonham passed most of my high school friends held a kegger in his honor! RIP JOHN BONHAM!
Ironic since drinking is what killed him.
The drummer, the drummer, the drummer ! ! !
Robert’s favorite Zeppelin song
I've never heard anyone who says they love Led Zeppelin ' cept this one song. Never gonna happen! There's not one bad song ever!
Love me some Led Zeppelin!
One Guitar One Keyboard One Drummer .... All that sound
The best live version was 2007. Þhey KILLED it that night
Fenom202 got it, you can tell when their, in 'their' zone. They're preforming and we're invited to watch and listen. Thank God for video recorders. Imagine what's been lost throughout the ages.
Such a CLASSIC HIT!!!❤🎶🎶🎶🎶
02 Arena in London live is the best version
Love this song
Do the O2 version, please.
Live at Celebration Day is my favorite version of this song. And they're in their 60's
The studio version is even better!
Led Zeppelin is the GOAT! LOVE all the guys in this band! ❤
Thank you for everything
Hot damn, Jimmy Page. I love that man.
Me too 🥵
To me, the 4 of them together, are like 4 parts of the same musician.
THANK YOU!!!! 🙂🙂🙂
Do the live version from Celebration Day. They’re in their 70’s and still put it down! Cheers!
I went to see Robert Plant on the 13th and 14th August at TheQueenElizabethTheatreinVancouver, BC!! Robert Plant sounds amazing still and such a great guy!! Cost me alot but I paid for the Meet and Greet!! ❤😊
