    Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
    3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

    Hey Lilly, your exercises are amazing, thanks to them I have gained a muscular body. I honestly admit that I am 13 years old and I try to exercise every morning and evening, and I also go running every day. For now, these are short distances, but I will lengthen them.       Make sure not to workout too much since u are still young and your body is still developing. Make sure to rest and consume enough calories 🙏

      @@NVM07 Of course too I make sure I eat enough calories and drink 2 liters of water a day, I also sleep quite a long time, not that much, but more than 8 hours. Remember that if you don't drink enough water, eat too little or too much and don't get enough sleep, there's no point in exercising, you have to remember that 💗

I really wish I didn't grow up so fast.im sure you hear this all the time.but it is true.you blink and all the fun of life you have pushed away..then you spend most of your late 20s trying to get back into your playfulness....anyway again great that you're active.i think we are all just adjusting to this new world where kids are on the internet instead of living. BUT.....big love, don't grow up too fast, keep active, but enjoy life too sweetness ❤

    Absolutely LOVE this class from you Lilly. Its a go-to favourite. Whatever type of training i do, and whatever body part i am working that day, i always love to finish up with core class! This is super short but packed with a PUNCH. Such fiyahhh class! Definitely would loooove more classes like this!

    Doing this workout as a 5'10 teenage girl who weighs 65kg and plays volleyball twice a week and does not follow a diet.

      @@AnnaTylek1 not this video no. On the app we had a 30mins class called "HIIT Vs Hold" Trainer Vs Trainer (Lilly Vs Amy) battle. I then added this YT workout as a finisher/burnout. It was really good! I definitely recommend Lilly's app, the workouts on the platform are incredible!

      ​​@@AnnaTylek1Hi! Do you mean Pilates? Yes the LEAN app has an abundance of pilates workouts. We do a hybrid model of training with a combination of pilates, strength and cardio/HIIT, yoga and mobility. It is AMAZING! I love adding Lilly's YT workouts like this one as a finisher to my longer app workouts (usually 30-45mins long classes). Hope this helps!     Yesss I’m so excited I been on a workout break for the past week but I’m finally getting back to my hour workout everyday since I’m told by my doctor I had to take a break and 2 hours was too much because I was on a calorie deficit eventually I’ll get back to 2 hours.
