*Technically,* the engineer's toolbox (when placing down a building) is also recognized as a weapon by the game, just doesn't show up in the load out screen for engi. That makes it 208 weapons if we count the toolbox
I have some great ideas for buffing both engineers Arsenal and medics equipment bag. For the engie, he could have a deployable blast shield that protects his teammates from gunfire ( not rockets, fire or splash damage) and medic could get a throwable healing grenade that heals his team and saps health from enemies
Maybe we’ll get the heavy update this year.

The attack on Pearl Harbor was a surprise military strike by the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service against the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Territory, on the morning of December 7, 1941. Over the next seven hours there were coordinated Japanese attacks on the U.S.-held Philippines, Guam and Wake Island and on the British Empire in Malaya, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The attack commenced at 7:48 a.m. Hawaiian Time. The base was attacked by 353[15] Imperial Japanese fighter planes, bombers, and torpedo planes in two waves, launched from six aircraft carriers. All eight U.S. Navy battleships were damaged, with four sunk. All but the USS Arizona were later raised, and six were returned to service and went on to fight in the war. The Japanese also sank or damaged three cruisers, three destroyers, an anti-aircraft training ship,[nb 4] and one minelayer. 188 U.S. aircraft were destroyed; 2,403 Americans were killed and 1,178 others were wounded. Important base installations such as the power station, shipyard, maintenance, and fuel and torpedo storage facilities, as well as the submarine piers and headquarters building (also home of the intelligence section) were not attacked. We still need more weapons for Medic and different secondaries for engie. Also special game-changer weapons for heavy as well.

I wouldn't count the "The Original" as copy since it changes the direction which the rocket is coming out
That's like saying the Rainblower isn't a copy since it has a tauntkill.
Taunt kills doesn't change the gameplay as much as your rocket direction
Taunt kills are for fun or disrespect, you can't compare that with The Original mechanics
So does changing the side of the view model from right to left. That would mean you'd have to double count every weapon that doesn't fire directly in the middle of the player and consider them as separate weapons. So I think it's safe to say that the original is close enough to the stock to be counted as the same weapon.

Fun Fact: Valve updated TF2 so now you can get any item in the game (Not including Unsuals or Killstreak weapons) through the weapon drop

but the Golden Pan is a Pan Reskin so its only One Weapon in team defense fort two
Some one but the golden pan has a different feature in that it makes a statue. Idk if that would be enough to consider it as a different weapon though
