Then Went in to no contact for 9 months . He got a new gf in like a month or earlier I don't know. And then he randomly messaged me a week ago asking me how I'm doing lol. And he tried to keep the conversation going. What you need to do is stay in no contact like coach Lee says and don't post as much. Just keep it on the down low. But idc you deserve someone who sees your value and doesn't need to be with someone else just to see how much you mean to them. You're awesome. Work on yourself and move on babe ❤️

I got all 5 with an additional bonus point in 4.5 to tell me he is depressed and he can't be what I need. Also point 5 is in 2 months time, I doubt it will ever happen. Time to move on
So my ex did all of these things to varying degrees, from the video but he said clearly he doesn't want a relationship because of his behaviors. He's essentially turned into a party/druggie/fuckboi. He's moving, new job, etc. etc. So I'm healing and moving-on. It just wasn't meant to be him. He needs to heal his traumas, phobias, and overall mental health.
The problem is that all of my exes are either Dismissive Avoidant or Fearful Avoidant attachment styles, pathological narcissists, or both- and the abject cruelty of the way they end the relationship is an absolute dealbreaker to my ever letting them into my life again, no matter how good the rest of it might have been or how sorry they may claim to be. My second problem with this type of coaching is that it constantly tells the discarded partner to suppress their own needs to express our justified hurt and anger at the way we were dumped; along with our justified demand for amends and reparations for harms done. Every one of your videos that I've listened to keeps telling the dumpee to shove that all under the rug, then when the ex comes back, "don't act mad at them because they might have a feeling they don't like and go away again." Um, what right does that person have to comfort or convenience after what they did? Why should it be considered normal for them not to have to suffer pain or face any consequences for their actions, and why should we not get to require that they make it right? It's been very useful listening to these and going No Contact, because as I've done so I've realized what I'm simply not going to put up with, and if getting an ex back means having to accept the treatment I got on their way out and act like it never happened, no ex is worth that. In other words, these videos are basically signs to move on and find someone better. The unfair, unbalanced nature of getting back someone who left simply isn't worth it.
I'm seeing (No. 1) he's reaching out via text, and (No. 2) sharing vulnerable emotional information about his family and friends. I think he wants me around for emotional support more than any romantic feelings.
I hope all of you are completely healed and over your ex by the time they come back. If they don’t see your value the first time around then they definitely don’t deserve you. The pain will stop over time I promise and then you can open the door to meet someone who doesn’t need NC to see how amazing and beautiful you are!

It is not always that simple. Couples may break up for different reasons such as bad timing, trust issues, misunderstandings, etc.. I was taken from my ex who happens to be my best friend against my will and she knows I still love her and we are working towards full reconciliation with babysteps as time goes by. I want to go to Sweden with her.

@@audrey242424 One interesting aspect of no contact its that when you really moved on and stop caring about your ex and the energy you gave her , its not longer there, she will sense it and if she still cares, she will reach out even if she is with someone else. Thats why when you really moved on and focus on new things and girls, outnowhere here she comes. Thats why you have to let them go to get them back and the clue its stop wanting them back and be really done with her. The scarcity energy you are transmitting will go back to you, even if you are not reaching out and even if she blocks you and she doesnt know anything about your life. I know its sounds weird but theres some disturbance on the force when you stop investing emotional energy on someone. Thats why they came back when you moved on. So be careful on just going no contact, stop waiting for her to come back and assume she wont, so you start faster to move on and let her go completely, thats when she can feel and realize your are not longer missing her and caring about her. Expecting, wishing and wanting, signals scarcity to the universe, so start having, being and doing to signal Abundance.

These 5 signs are indeed true! That’s how we eventually got back together. I’m still here bc I like hearing Coach Lee’s advice, and providing support for those are you struggling with a breakup. It is one of the hardest things you could go through, but these videos helped me get my ex back!

@@OJaman-fw9nx Our story is very complex and unique. I'll start off by saying we've been together for almost 5 years. One day he just waited for me to come home from work in my room and I walked in on him saying he wanted to talk about "us." Completely shocked and unexpected. He said he felt like we weren't growing anymore as a couple and he didn't know if he could see himself with me, he needed to figure himself out and "work on himself" as he has disappointed and hurt me many times in the past. (I broke up with him a year prior bc of that) but he kept pushing to come back into my life and prove to me that he changed. Anyways, completely shocked and hurt, I begged, I pleaded, I was so depressed. Didn't eat, called sick into work bc I couldn't stop crying. It was a horrible experience because throughout those 5 years we've never ever had time truly apart. I did all the mistakes of texting him here and there after that.. I eventually got tired of myself being sad and changed my mindset, journal my thoughts every day, started working out, and eating healthier and most importantly did the NO CONTACT RULE. I truly thought I would never hear from him again bc after all the begging and pleading, it sounded like he didn't want anything to do with me anymore. But the no contact rule I think changed the dynamic. It took close to 2 months of complete no contact until he reached out to me. He was very talkative over text, asked about my holidays, tried to flirt, and bring up old memories to connect again. I couldn't believe how well it worked. I hope this gives you guys some light.

Thank you for reassuring me of what I’ve felt for awhile now. She reaches out to me for no real reason. She sends me selfies and videos of herself. She sends pictures of fond memories we shared together. There is no logical reason for her to be doing this, but it’s been happening. I’ve been in no contact for a long time, and only respond to her texts…I never reach out to her.

Here’s my little story I had a solid plan, no contact, and my spirit grew stronger. It was a shorter relationship, and it was also a distance relationship for a couple of months in the end. Everything felt good, no disagreements and no arguments at all. Only sunshine and flowers to the end. Then she wanted to end it for some confusing reasons (to say the least). Anyway I reached out to her now after a couple of months. Turns out the reason for our breakup was a re-connection with her ex, and she couldn’t be honest about that. My point is don’t have your hopes too ramped up, sometimes things are more blunt than we think.

Coach…. I was so intent on getting them back. Now they want me back but It’s not the same. I’ve detatched from them and just don’t really feel the same as I once did. My healing journey has been a great one and honestly this no contact is great for my own sanity and maintenance of self-respect!
I'm experiencing all these signs from my ex, and though I know that ultimately I would like to reunite, I also know what I'd need from him to be able to move forward toward eachother again. It's tough however knowing when and how to frame my needs & expectations if things start to progress.

Exactly where I am too. She rang and messaged me out of the blue and wanted to see me after 5 weeks of no contact whatsoever (3 weeks beforehand where she reached out semi-regular) and the chemistry and attraction was definitely still there, we ended up kissing and she messaged me the following day. I now need to let her come to me at her pace and not show too much eagerness, which she would have expected me to.

It's crazy....but why exes who break up with and leave us.....never think about us, want see us, and etc ....when we're broke down, torn , hurt and really miss.....They seem to wait until you healed, can live without them, finding yourself, start being happy with yourself.....It's scary to trust someone that has badly hurt you before.... Because heart-break 💔hurts bad and that's something I wouldn't want to go through again

So my ex girlfriend/fiancée left me pretty much 2 months ago...I love her so, so muc and obv I’m in love with her but she left me March 27th and on may 1 I heard she’s in a relationship...so your saying there’s a chance? Dont reach out, dont initiate contact, dont stalk her in any social media, dont like her Photos or status, dont watch her stories, dont talk to her friends or family members or stalk them on social Media. Act like she doesnt exist. And start to move on slowly. I can assure you if you leave her completely alone and act like she is death. Eventually she can come back. But if she comes back dont take her back that easily, Remeber she dump you and dated someone else very fast so she is sleeping with some other guy right now as we speak. So you cant trust her anymore. If she comes back, dont treat her as before, treat her like its the first time you met, just ask her out and hang out and have fun like when you started dating and let her prove to you, you can trust her, she has to earn another chance with you. So in other words, she has to be friends with benefits first while you date other girls, never take a girl back that easily because she already sleeped with other man. It can take months before she can come back but if you do what I say to you, she will. But dont wait around, continue with your life and date other girls, that will make it easier and time will go faster and when you least expect it, here she comes.

My husband and I are legally separated and have four kids. We've been married for over 23 years. I would like to work out our differences and fix our marriage. He's on the fence. You don't talk about couples who are married with children very much. That's a whole different situation. There are parenting things and things about our house that sometimes need discussion. Other things that that I can't discuss publicly. It gets complicated and no contact really can't be done for too long. I agree. I fell in love online with an fb friend I had for years. We really were good for each other and loved each other deeply. But he was jealous of things that he thought I was doing, but I never was. He just stopped talking to me. But I know he is still watching everything I do on social media. I went no contact after of course, I had pleaded my case....
It's hard to know if there are any signs except his occasional liking one of my posts. I asked him block me but he has not. All very frustrating from a 1200 mile distance.
I broke the no contact (I know stupid) and of course, made it worse. She was angry as hell and said that I proofed that I did not change and looked like a stalker. She said that she wants no contact in the coming time and wants to focus on other things, study, etc. And final that I could wait if I was so much better and changed and that she will contact me in the future if she thought ''that it had any use''. So now all the power is in her hands and I am really angry at myself. What now? She has all the power.

My ex hurt me in the worst way I think a person could hurt another human being. At least in my eyes. But, we have since reconciled. We still love separately, but I do spend a lot of time w him and my kids. I’m at a point where I stand my ground and set up boundaries and basically said if you ever dare try hurting me again, I will be so content walking away and never speaking to him or looking back again. I do not chase him. I’m the one he chases now. Never going through that mess again! I almost feel silly I’m even giving him the time of day, but I can’t help loving him. It’s definitely better than it’s ever been which is amazing!

What if you’re in a civil Union or married and went on a break? I find it harder to do no contact because they think no matter what we’re not really over so the effort to make it work when we come back together isn’t 100% and the same issues arise… How do you make someone value you when you’re already legally bound?

Thank you for all the videos. I have learned a lot of myself and relationships in general. You are a wise man and I imagine the universe rewards you so. I started no contact about 4 weeks ago and I'm not sure that I'm doing the right thing as it is unclear which one of us was the dumper/dumpee.
Our relationship while intense, had an imbalance and in the last couple of weeks I received a slew of rejection and critisism. The thing is though, that seeing an inevitable break up coming my way, I preemptively did the break up myself (asked for time apart). It felt like she was giving me no other option (making me do it because she could not). I know that you say not to do no contact if you are the dumper but in my case, even though I voiced it, am I the dumpee. I feel like I am and she displays many of the stages you discuss of the dumper but some others as well. I'm happy to book a coaching call to discuss if you can't reply here.

So last night, 6weeks after our "time apart", I finally get a text from her seeking closure. I replied saying that I wish things were different..... but all the best. While it hurt, I think that Coach Lee's advice has at the very least cushioned the blow. Back to being single again :( and I think I'll give myself a bit more time to heal, this time around.

He left behind other things and carry some to settle with his long time girl friend, got her vehicle and came with it to my home, showing off, started contacting me every day, then allover a sudden, he went on and off, now he appears to check in the house and drives back to his girlfriend, am getting stronger and hopeful, but will never ask him when he will come back coz have gathered all the pieces he tore and am moulding myself back.Thx Coach Lee

I feel like my situation sucks more because it was with a guy who didn't want a relationship, so I went ahead with the friends with benefits crap instead and caught feelings. I caused drama with my abandonment issues that he couldn't deal with. At first he would still see me in private at work and be physical, then it and his messages abruptly ceased, like he was angry at me. I don't recall doing anything wrong. So I went NC and it's only been a short while, but I had a week off work last week and when I came back, he made time to seek me out, tell me it was good to see me, ask how my birthday was, etc. He also initiated conversation last night. He won't get too close to me, though, and he has refused my recent offers to meet up, so I stopped doing that. Only time will tell what his game is.

Does the coach have any videos regarding the steps to take to get your ex back once you to have reinitiated contact, and you’re basically hanging out and dating again? At what point do you go from just casually dating and having fun and getting to know each other again, to where you actually start talking about re-entering the relationship? Does the person who was dumped ever bring that up or is that always something you have to wait until the dumper finally mentions?

I am two months NC a month after the break up happened.
None of the signs have happened yet but I noticed but I’ve noticed most people who attract their ex’s back no longer want them by the time the ex comes back around. The other people felt like moving on and then there’s no chance of getting back together with th ex because they either find someone better or they simply give up. I’m not someone who wants to make myself give up and that’s why i refuse to move on from something I worked to maintain. There are people who have gotten their ex back without losing the feeling of wanting them back, right?
Update: i no longer simp for my ex and have eyes for someone better. That’s what time does sometimes and it can even make you cringe at comments like this🤷♀️
