I begged and pleaded even fought with him for 21 of those says ....all texts...he refuses to talk on the phone. But he answered each text immediately. @@martindavies1616 have you tried therapy? I got on an anti depressant and got therapy and it has really helped. Don’t fight the emotions. Embrace them. Try to have more positive days compared to negative. It takes time.

Be careful when they reach out to you casually. I think it means they aren’t really ready or wanting you back. They are just curious what you are doing maybe and if u will reply and when you do, they won’t take it any further.

This video has helped refocus my mind. My wife and I have been separated for just over 2 months, she returned recently from being away in her home country for 7 weeks and I was so ready to move on. I did roughly 4-5 weeks of no contact (apart from necessary house related things) and she started approaching me and seeing how I am towards the end. And has been more of the same since. She has said she has feelings still (she instigated the breakup) and she is conflicted about it. I have been seeing this as an opportunity and verging on doing the old things where I always approached her, but this has reset my focus to NOT chase her.

@@tercsi1 yes i know 😭 basically he begged for me to take him back talking about he changed blah blah blah .I took him back then I spent 5 days at his house Thursday to Monday . Thursday and Friday was a good day then on Saturday I got drunk and expressed all the hurt he put me through . He also told me he loves me on Saturday then on Monday broke up with me because he said I’ve got too much hate in my heart for him and it he saw my true feelings for him when I got drunk -_- because he hurt me which he said he understands because it’s his fault . On Tuesday I rung him and said I don’t hate him and can we make it work he said no I said so you’re done 100% he said yes he even used the saying “it’s not you it’s me “ bullshit . I havnt heard from him since it’s been a week I’m hurting because he could have just left me alone tbh ,instead of coming into my life again I miss him but I’m not going to contact him as clearly he’s using my hurt as an excuse to leave and if he cared he would have contacted me after the day I rung him because he knows I was heartbroken,Because I was crying to him on the phone to him about not wanting it to end (which I’m embarrassed about ). It's been a couple months since I heard from my ex and 4 months post BU. I was a believer in reuniting but not now. I saw this: Remember your ex decided they didn't want to know you anymore. That's a deep statement. They walked away and didn't care about your health or well being or care that you exist. If the BU was short or in the heat of the moment I get reuniting but not if they treated you badly breaking up or before. Be with someone who wouldn't leave you.
Coach Lee, you are right there the one who ended the relationship than their journey back to you is only something they can do on his or her own as they need to work everything out for themselves if they want to get back with you and it's a decision that they can only make and on one else because you can't push them towards you as you could be pushing them away even more if they want to get back with you then you just have to be patient and let the power-off time work everything out
If they had a reason like a child that’s not theirs living at home, they should know that you deserve to be happy as much as they do, and if it’s not with them then with someone else. They’re not irreplaceable.

@ Deepak. Be strong and have faith in no contact. She must be the person who reaches out to you. You have to let her miss you and only no contact can give her the distance she needs to miss you. If she never reaches out to you again, it would mean her attraction and love towards you just isn’t that strong. You can’t help it if someone doesn’t love you the way you love them.

30 days no contact. I said “goodbye” no response. She hasn’t reached out. Neither have I. I’m still blocked on insta, and WhatsApp. But she didn’t block my text. But she didn’t say goodbye in return. I still have some of her things. Her ring I bought her. Which she wouldn’t accept. Has only been divorced about 2 years. I wanted to lock it down and I suppose it scared her. She would still tell me she loved me. And I did too. But now it’s been 30 days. I’ve met someone else. But it still doesn’t feel like the door has been closed. It was a long drawn out breakup. Over the period of 5 months. Until I finally said goodbye. Because she wouldn’t but also didn’t want a serious relationship. So here’s to the people just in no contact. It gets better. @Alex Johnson I'm on the fence about no contact. 30 days is way too long. That's just giving them time to find someone new. Not saying to full blown stalk someone but see I'm not taking anyone back after they start seeing someone new and I think it makes it easier for them if you stay away. I hope NO CONTACT IS WORKING.. well HER an i were friends for a little over 4 1/2 years. Prior to that I met her on campus while playing college soccer.⚽️ So i approached her in class for notes. I had a game so i missed lectures that day that’s why i went to her, i took her number because i couldn’t understand her writing. She didn’t seem comfortable giving it at first so i told her she could block me after I’m done with her notes. So days went by i got nothing but straight A’s. So she started to gravitate towards me.. Then we started to study together and eventually i helped her pass the class because she was struggling. She was dating an abusive guy at the time even though i found her attractive i respected their relationship. That was her first boyfriend/ high school sweetheart he cheated on her multiple times and i feel like he ruined an amazing woman. So years went by and we grew fond of each other, i became her guy bestie. We technically did almost everything together. I caught feelings but i never told her how i truly felt. She separated from the abusive guy. Then she got a friend with benefits and started sleeping with the guy. So i kinda pulled away because i liked her.. and that kinda hurt. Then the guy eventually ghosted her, she was single i got excited and figured I’d finally tell her how i felt. Little did i know that her friends created a tinder account for her to find a new guy. So thanksgiving of 2019 she came over to my house we spent that night together she met literally a huge chunk of my family that traveled 🧳 from far and wide to celebrate with us. No other other woman has been introduced to my family like this. So we walked hand in hand things a couple would do. Only to find out that she started dating the guy on tinder. So i myself started dating other ladies, deep down inside i knew that i wanted her. So i left the lady i was dating because she wasn’t any good.. tried another girl she wasn’t ambitious and was very promiscuous. So i stayed single focused on myself had a lot going for me and still do. Then during the pandemic of 2020 she left the tinder guy and started hanging around me again. So eventually she told me that she liked me, so i expressed to her my feelings about her as well. September we started officially dating, to me it felt like i had won the lottery because i got my dream girl. The first 2 1/2 months were perfect, then came the stress from the pandemic she was also taking classes for nursing fundamentals. I’m in school for law so i know nothing about nursing but i do have medical doctors in the family.. and i have an overall understanding of science because i was good at it. So i gave her space to focus on her studies and i even helped her to study. She passed again. I don’t think i was clingy because i didn’t even want to jump the gun to have sex with her yet. But being as forward as she was she demanded it. So we had sex a lot... then when we got busy she would start acting irritated because we couldn’t. By the 3rd and 4th month being December she started acting distant and we’d argue over very silly stuff like a pony tail. 😂 It’s no joking matter because i had Afro so i put my hair in a ponytail she claimed that gay guys wore ponytails. I thought her remark was silly... i expressed to her that a gay man can wear any hair style. So felt offended and banged on me while we FaceTimed. Later she apologized but i was being petty. Keep in mind i had to endure weeks of her being rude to me, ignoring me, raising her voice, fake crying to avoid chillin with me, canceling dates on me just to hang with her girlfriends. It started to feel one sided.. January 1st of 2021 she wrote a long mushy letter of how grateful she was to cross into the New Years with me. How much she loved me and all. I wrote an equally long letter as well, So we were now together 4 months January was about to be our 5th. That day she texted me very late so i jokingly texted her that she must’ve slept really good, i asked her if she drank. She took offense to that and got snappy.. now i don’t know 🤷🏾♂️ how any other guy would handle this.. but I’ve never disrespected any woman before because I’m in a household filled with women & i was raised to cherish them. So i spoke to her Sunday being the 3rd of January telling her that they’re certain things she’s doing that don’t sit well with me. This moment is either gonna break or make us.. because i didn’t wanna keep arguing and i don’t like the fighting i wanted to fix what we had going on. As usual she felt offended that’s how we ended. First she wanted space, said she didn’t know if it’d work. Then i did all the wrong things by apologizing and begging because she was ignoring me. I wrote letters drove to her job and house. So she threatened to call the cops on me if i ever tried to go to her job or house. So i slipped into a slight depression because i had just lost a family member that same week i was trying to fix our relationship. Eventually i looked at myself in the mirror and honestly I’m a good looking guy i can pull any girl i want. But i can honestly say this is my first time being dumped by someone i was in love with. I’ve never been vulnerable to any other woman like her. So i came across COACH LEE’s videos of course after begging the first 3 weeks. So now being 2 months i haven’t been in contact with her. Although I’m blocked on socials we share some mutual friends. I have lost 60 pounds since I’ve been boxing, and i cut my Afro.. i have a bald fade grew a full beard. I look shredded i also have been taking trips to resorts and stuff. Visiting places as well, I grew a pretty massive following on TikTok and went viral. She did try to call me twice last month but i ignored her call and texted her hours later that i was on meds so i was asleep & wasn’t feeling well . A friend told me that she doesn’t post like she used to and seems miserable. I feel as though she was still entertaining the tinder guy something in my gut tells me that. She got disappointed that’s why she feels the way she does. I was genuinely a good guy to her, i invested in her more than I’ve ever done to any other lady. I paid her credit card debt and all we even took a lovely photoshoot together. That’s what throws me completely off. I don’t regret that because i did it with love. It’s all the promises and i love youuuus/ talks of having a family spending our future together that I’m confused about. But a pretty face taught me ugly lessons. I’m still working out, more focused than i was when i was with her, I’m better mentally too than i was back in January. I’ll graduate this year too & soon go pro in boxing after i reach my goal. Hopefully she doesn’t take too long to reach out to me because i feel myself slowly loosing interest. I have way too many women professing their love for me. Even though i still love her i won’t put my life on hold for no one, & i refuse to reach out to her. I recommend Coach Lee's Workshop which is excellent. know it's really difficult and I've certainly been there. I don't know if you are aware, but Coach Lee has a live workshop called "Relationship Reignite." It's an incredible learning experience that I just can't say enough about. It focuses on saving a relationship from a breakup/separation and then keeping it after. It includes a coaching call each month for 6 months. You can talk to Coach Lee's team about it. You have to work hard on yourself and be willing to let go of her, forever! What Coach Lee is saying is true. Beginning of this brand new year, it was over between the 2 of us. I told her I was not gonna beg for her to come back but I wanted for us to try again, starting the new year off on a brand new note. She said the relationship was not going to happen. (1) She'll come back to you or (2) You give no contact enough time, and you'll feel a lot better and you'll find someone else who you'll love. Also, you're not running out of time... My first ex tried to come back to me after 3.5 years of no contact (there are no timelines)... Not saying to full blown stalk someone but see I'm not taking anyone back after they start seeing someone new and I think it makes it easier for them if you stay away. I say to keep in touch with them. But then it depends on the situation . See it's only been April 1 and he broke up with me out of anger and we were engaged as well. I made it clear to him if you start dating someone else I'm done and he gets that because he's the same. ...Giving them too much time just helps them move on faster. I hope NO CONTACT IS WORKING.. well HER an i were friends for a little over 4 1/2 years. Prior to that I met her on campus while playing college soccer.⚽️ So i approached her in class for notes. I had a game so i missed lectures that day that’s why i went to her, i took her number because i couldn’t understand her writing. She didn’t seem comfortable giving it at first so i told her she could block me after I’m done with her notes. So days went by i got nothing but straight A’s. So she started to gravitate towards me.. Then we started to study together and eventually i helped her pass the class because she was struggling. She was dating an abusive guy at the time even though i found her attractive i respected their relationship. That was her first boyfriend/ high school sweetheart he cheated on her multiple times and i feel like he ruined an amazing woman. So years went by and we grew fond of each other, i became her guy bestie. We technically did almost everything together. I caught feelings but i never told her how i truly felt. She separated from the abusive guy. Then she got a friend with benefits and started sleeping with the guy. So i kinda pulled away because i liked her.. and that kinda hurt. Then the guy eventually ghosted her, she was single i got excited and figured I’d finally tell her how i felt. Little did i know that her friends created a tinder account for her to find a new guy. So thanksgiving of 2019 she came over to my house we spent that night together she met literally a huge chunk of my family that traveled 🧳 from far and wide to celebrate with us. No other other woman has been introduced to my family like this. So we walked hand in hand things a couple would do. Only to find out that she started dating the guy on tinder. So i myself started dating other ladies, deep down inside i knew that i wanted her. So i left the lady i was dating because she wasn’t any good.. tried another girl she wasn’t ambitious and was very promiscuous. So i stayed single focused on myself had a lot going for me and still do. Then during the pandemic of 2020 she left the tinder guy and started hanging around me again. So eventually she told me that she liked me, so i expressed to her my feelings about her as well. September we started officially dating, to me it felt like i had won the lottery because i got my dream girl. The first 2 1/2 months were perfect, then came the stress from the pandemic she was also taking classes for nursing fundamentals. I’m in school for law so i know nothing about nursing but i do have medical doctors in the family.. and i have an overall understanding of science because i was good at it. So i gave her space to focus on her studies and i even helped her to study. She passed again. I don’t think i was clingy because i didn’t even want to jump the gun to have sex with her yet. But being as forward as she was she demanded it. So we had sex a lot... then when we got busy she would start acting irritated because we couldn’t. By the 3rd and 4th month being December she started acting distant and we’d argue over very silly stuff like a pony tail. 😂 It’s no joking matter because i had Afro so i put my hair in a ponytail she claimed that gay guys wore ponytails. I thought her remark was silly... i expressed to her that a gay man can wear any hair style. So felt offended and banged on me while we FaceTimed. Later she apologized but i was being petty. Keep in mind i had to endure weeks of her being rude to me, ignoring me, raising her voice, fake crying to avoid chillin with me, canceling dates on me just to hang with her girlfriends. It started to feel one sided.. January 1st of 2021 she wrote a long mushy letter of how grateful she was to cross into the New Years with me. How much she loved me and all. I wrote an equally long letter as well, So we were now together 4 months January was about to be our 5th. That day she texted me very late so i jokingly texted her that she must’ve slept really good, i asked her if she drank. She took offense to that and got snappy.. now i don’t know 🤷🏾♂️ how any other guy would handle this.. but I’ve never disrespected any woman before because I’m in a household filled with women & i was raised to cherish them. So i spoke to her Sunday being the 3rd of January telling her that they’re certain things she’s doing that don’t sit well with me. This moment is either gonna break or make us.. because i didn’t wanna keep arguing and i don’t like the fighting i wanted to fix what we had going on. As usual she felt offended that’s how we ended. First she wanted space, said she didn’t know if it’d work. Then i did all the wrong things by apologizing and begging because she was ignoring me. I wrote letters drove to her job and house. So she threatened to call the cops on me if i ever tried to go to her job or house. So i slipped into a slight depression because i had just lost a family member that same week i was trying to fix our relationship. Eventually i looked at myself in the mirror and honestly I’m a good looking guy i can pull any girl i want. But i can honestly say this is my first time being dumped by someone i was in love with. I’ve never been vulnerable to any other woman like her. So i came across COACH LEE’s videos of course after begging the first 3 weeks. So now being 2 months i haven’t been in contact with her. Although I’m blocked on socials we share some mutual friends. I have lost 60 pounds since I’ve been boxing, and i cut my Afro.. i have a bald fade grew a full beard. I look shredded i also have been taking trips to resorts and stuff. Visiting places as well, I grew a pretty massive following on TikTok and went viral. She did try to call me twice last month but i ignored her call and texted her hours later that i was on meds so i was asleep & wasn’t feeling well . A friend told me that she doesn’t post like she used to and seems miserable. I feel as though she was still entertaining the tinder guy something in my gut tells me that. She got disappointed that’s why she feels the way she does. I was genuinely a good guy to her, i invested in her more than I’ve ever done to any other lady. I paid her credit card debt and all we even took a lovely photoshoot together. That’s what throws me completely off. I don’t regret that because i did it with love. It’s all the promises and i love youuuus/ talks of having a family spending our future together that I’m confused about. But a pretty face taught me ugly lessons. I’m still working out, more focused than i was when i was with her, I’m better mentally too than i was back in January. I’ll graduate this year too & soon go pro in boxing after i reach my goal. Hopefully she doesn’t take too long to reach out to me because i feel myself slowly loosing interest. I have way too many women professing their love for me. Even though i still love her i won’t put my life on hold for no one, & i refuse to reach out to her. Especially after making a fool of myself begging in the beginning even though i know i didn’t do anything wrong.

You have to work hard on yourself and be willing to let go of her, forever! What Coach Lee is saying is true. Beginning of this brand new year, it was over between the 2 of us. I told her I was not gonna beg for her to come back but I wanted for us to try again, starting the new year off on a brand new note. She said the relationship was not going to happen. A little over 3 months later, she pops back up into my life, reaching out to me. We are both taking this VERY, VERY SLOWLY and there's no guarantee. I'm choosing to leave everything in Jesus's hands and let everything happen naturally, as if it's meant to be, not forcing anything. So the short answer is this: if you're able to disconnect from her and work on yourself with all your imperfections and issues, there's always the chance a strong willed ex gf will come back into your life. And if not, you are one heck of a better, improved man who will get someone ever better than her! I hope this helps!

(1) She'll come back to you or (2) You give no contact enough time, and you'll feel a lot better and you'll find someone else who you'll love. Don't look your ex up online btw, that's not the proper way to do no contact... that's only going to delay things and prevent you from healing.
Also, you're not running out of time... My first ex tried to come back to me after 3.5 years of no contact (there are no timelines)... I was in another relationship at that time with a girl who I loved more than I ever thought possible (that relationship only ended, because she passed away due to a genetic heart condition), so I couldn't give my first ex any attention like I probably would have if I was single.
