6 Minute Six Pack Abs Workout -No Equipment (Follow Along)
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other for one round.
Exercise List
1. Slight Crunch
2. Reverse Crunches
3. Flutter Kicks
4. Russian Twists
5. Abs Bicycles
6. Half Windshield Wipers
Remember you will not see your six pack abs unless you focus on a healthy nutrition and eating lifestyle that will allow you to burn belly fat, increase metabolism, balance your hormones so that you can lose belly fat and see the six-pack you worked hard to sculpt.

I really did feel the effectiveness of this workout right away. I am 55, and I had a hernia surgery about a year and a half ago. These workout did challenge me, but it didn't hurt... MUCH (well, maybe a little) but it was a good hurt and I enjoyed it! Thank you sir.

This are the most exercises that I do in gym. Great explanation, specially for the lower back position when you do abs. Mostly, people dont think about that part, which is very important.

One of the best coaches out there for above 40 age training. I love his videos that are easy to follow along but forces you to work at it Unlike like some of the other videos that only focus on bodybuilding and are very difficult. Good job and keep it up.

I’m a month and 1/2 from 62 and significantly overweight. I’ve been lifting weights but not working my abs. This killed me! I could not do all of the exercises completely. I plan on doing this twice a week to build myself up. Hopefully it will be better. Thanks for posting.

3 day 3 sets pain and sweat in 3rd set thanks there beginning to show 58 years old I feel 20 again. Very health ing eating and 8 k walk or jog everyday

Great workout except for that Russian Twist. It negatively affects my lower back especially if I have my feet off the ground.
I know your workouts are designed for people over 40 but I like doing them and I’m 23. I’m not in goood shape so I thought it could still help me. Do you think it can still be effective ?

I know this guy doesn’t ever respond to comments. But @ 58 years old it feels great to have my hip flexors stretched out with this. My Abs also get a work out with these exercises.

Hey Funk, how long does it take of these 6 min exercises to lose some belly fat, if you are a chubby (not fat or obese) middle aged woman? I feel like doing them when i watch you, but the soreness puts me off.

A friend referred me to this channel and so far I am just impressed. ONE QUESTION THOUGH. If you want to get lean and strong core muscles without adding weight, is it a good idea to take protein powder?
If your calories stay consistent, it doesnt matter too much where your protein source comes from though it is always better to consume protein from whole food sources because you get those micronutrients in your body that protein powders lack
