I've been following the Agoge Diet for a couple of months and have built so much muscle. Just wanted to share for those feeling stuck with their muscle building.
There doesn’t seem to be much ‘time under tension’ as the reps seem to be rapid. Will that still build muscle or am I missing something or is this just a fat burner? Thanks

I am in mid 40s, as good, or better shape then my 20s and 30s ( just not as strong) lol, when I was only lifting and dong elliptical and treadmill- and was BORED as hell .
Great workout 👌✔ but now i got a problem witch workout shuld i doo between this dumbbell workout or the ultimate kettlebell workout ( kettlebell chaos ) 3 times per week?witch will be better for loosing belly fat and build up muscle? or should i do 1 week kettlebell workout and next week switch to dumbbells workout 3 times per week? Try doing a 5 day split working different muscle groups each day..mixing dumbells and kettle bells. And for fat loss. Have a look at the body coach channel he has lots of hiit and fat burning exercises.
Hey Evolve Pro they are both good, so I would perform one DB workout, 1 KB workout and one of my Bodyweight only circuit to get the full gammet our of your fitness - Funk
For those skull crushers, keep your arms straight out at a slight angle where your hands woulds be out past your shoulders instead of straight over. That time under tension will get your tri's popping! There is no need to go heavy on this, it works!

I'm using a knock-off of Bowflex selectech 552 dumbbells. On some of these, I have to be careful because I'm told these adjustable can fly apart. Any advice on how to use them safely with this workout? Also, I have knee issues so are there any leg workouts that are easy on the knees?
Great workout Funk!!! I had to change it up a bit because the lunges hurt my one knee. I substituted goblet squats for the lunges and added kettlebell swings for an additional exercise. Kicked it in for 5 rounds today 30 on 30 off...

Thanks question for the chest alternating should your lower back be glued to the floor? Or is it a matter of preference? Love your workouts
This is a chest exercise so just like a chest press or bench press you can have the small of your back off the floor
