- Back in time to another Mike Douglas show and again guesting with someone who was always a friend and supported them. By this time they had NO HITS and a dispute with their record label Philips, so no ‘new’ material. But whilst Frankie sails through this vocal, the group struggle. ..I am sure some will remember this line-up from then. Bob Gaudio looks like he wants to retire and Tommy DeVito looks like he should. What a contrast with the 1975 Mike Douglas Shows
What an absolute fantastic find!!!! So nice to see Bob Gaudio, & Tommy DeVito. Frankie sounds great and Joe Long smiling and plucking. A beautiful performance.
This is probably Tommy's last video appearance with the Seasons before "he was told to go to Vegas"!!!
What???
Frankie's in his eighties now. I saw him at Primm (just west of LV) - he looks fantastic. What a show! He's as good - even better, actually - now. What a thrill.
Me encanta su música. Guardo recuerdos muy lindos. Gracias.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Also note that the ending to Bye Bye Baby in this 1969 medley is the same ending used almost 40 years later in Jersey Boys during the singing of Bye Bye Baby.

Looks like Bob and Tommy are going through the motions. Frankie sounds great, as usual.
I would say Tommy is doing a good job. Bobby looks as though he is “Going through the motions”.
Note that during Sherry, Frankie changes the words from "LOSE my mind" to the more 1969ish "BLOW my mind."

I saw these guys in concert in 1967, they were awesome! The guy playing the Bass isn't the original member of the group but I like them anyways.
That's Joe Long he replaced Nick Massi
The guy on bass is an original, the guitarist doesn’t look like an original
@@SuperBeachbum74 I must be a lot older than you, Nick Massi was the original bass player, going back to as early as 1960. Google it! ((:
Looks like John Peterson on drums who was with Harpers Bizarre in the 1960 s ..
He was 35 here but looks 50.
Was these caught on a bad night sound shit
Whose the drummer with them, anyone ?
Is he singing in a lower key?
Yes.
Seems like something is amiss here?
Not every performance was immaculate but this is as it went out warts and all🤗
Lower key I think
Gerry Polci's missing,I don't knwhen he had become their drummer
Changed Sherry's tempo not as good
Sounds like a bad night Sounds shite
