That was fun and encouraging, thank you.......My 19 year old daughter and I are 3 weeks into carnivore and are watching her inflamed eczema skin clear up before our eyes..............our answer to prayer.
Great to hear about eczema. I have 2 preteens dealing with that now... if you don't mind me asking what does a usual day of eating for your daughter look like?
Doing more and more carnivore thanks to weightloss stall on keto. It has been successful. Lost 22kg total and looking forward to loose 10kg more. Depression gone, severe back pain gone, lost appetite and cravings, bloating gone, got great energy, feeling more happy. Blood pressure better, improved decision making. Thanks for a great video.
@@jennyeklov4190 Me too. Leaning carnivore after 3 years of keto (the first two of which I was also vegetarian!). I lost almost 100 lbs during this time, having previously weighed 100 lbs more than that, for a total of 200 llba less than my horrible high point. Weight loss is stalled within a 10-pound range for many months now. I’m now focusing on protein, incorporating two PSMF days each week (only this week so far) and considering both going carnivore and a stint of BBB&E to see what will improve my many skin conditions and Gastro/digestive issues. We can do this!
You really are an inspiration!!...Im 41 years old and i was at 368 lbs on January 3rd. Started carnivore and I'm currently 331 lbs and heading in the right direction. I have learned so much from Dr. Berry and yourself. Thank you for all these great vids. Keep up the amazing work!!
If you have free continental breakfast and a fridge and microwave in your room you could go down and grab eggs and sausage and bring it up and stash it in the fridge for later.
Off topic comment...the southern border in Arizona where we live is pretty much wide open for fentanyl and methamphetamine and any terrorist who can just come on over. But three ounces of spreadable cheese is not allowed on an airplane! Incredible and unbelievable! Great information and so well presented! Thank you Laura ❤
YOU are the REAL DEAL!!! I follow so many keto/carnivore channels, but you are the ONLY one that I know of with a career that requires you to travel. Still you make your health and your family a priority along with working outside the home. Thank you for sharing your health journey with us!! I feel so proud of you!!!
I lost 100 lbs. on Keto and then gained 30 of that back. I am now on my third week of Carnivore and believe this will be the jumpstart I need to get back on track.
The carnivore ladies really have it going on. Love this channel, Myzerocarblife and Lovestyle. All seem more down to Earth and genuinely share information that makes this lifestyle doable. Rock on.
Thanks Laura!! Travelling can be the biggest challenge. It's super easy with carnivore. 99% of places have meat and I ask for a double or triple serving!! Congrats on your weight loss! I love the shot at 4:48 of you fastening your seatbelt with ease and having a long tail! I was lucky enough to never need an extension, but I was dancing on that razor's edge. My first trip after losing quite a bit of my weight was so much more comfortable - anxiety free! No worries about whether I was encroaching on a neighbor or whether the seatbelt would fasten. Thank you for this Laura. It really helps to see how this can be done in the real world. You show that excuses can be put aside in making carnivore work day-to-day. If you can make it work traveling weekly, what silly excuses can any of us come up with?
Absolutely!! Most people who travel full time end up gaining a lot of weight...it's so easy to feel like you need to indulge or make concessions. But it's absolutely possible and then I enjoy eating steaks even more when I am home!
THANK YOU for sharing how food is SOOOO Psychological and Emotional! Most people try to tackle the food issue without realizing they are using food to numb loneliness or stress.
Your vid really hit home for me! I've experienced every single thing you mentioned. Been a regular corporate traveler for nearly 30 years and my eating habits while I on the road mirrored your "old you". Eating junk on planes, eating all day because food was there, and eating huge meals every night filled my lonely hours. It all ruined my health and trashed my spirit. Over the years, I've had very healthy interludes with large weight loss and less reliance on food to fill my personal voids while on the road, but I always returned to my old habits. I'm now mostly carnivore, super healthy and just back to traveling this year and every trip has been a journey into learning today maintain my way of eating while traveling. I've certainly had some ups and downs! In fact, I'm on a trip now and watching this video instead of giving into the compulsion to stick some food in my mouth!! Thank you for your candor and your willingness to share your stories. You make a positive difference for alot of people! PS. I'm in AZ and would love to know the name of your butcher who does the meat sticks. Thank you.
I am new to your Channel and love it. I am 54 years old really really overweight. After working 32 years in the resturant business back in 2015 i became disable because of health issues. I am 5'7" and i weigh 365Lbs. I am on meds for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, borderline diabetic, neuropathy in my feet, and i take meds for ddd and osteoarthritis in my back hips knees. I am a mess. I came across your channel and Dr. Ken Berry and my son and i both are fixing to began this life style. I call it that because diet is such a ugly word. Lol . We both dislike alot of vegetables but we love meats so i think we will be okay. Thanks for the inspiration. 💞🥰
It will be the best thing you've ever done for yourself Lisa! I'm 53 and started 8 months ago and it's changed EVERYTHING! My husband and I are doing it together and we're so happy we did it. If I can give you any advice, it's not to wait for a certain day in the future. Start today! Get everything out of your house that can derail you, go grocery shopping, and start. And don't worry about what everybody else says. They will see the difference in not only your weight, but your overall health and they will understand in a very short time! This channel and Dr. Berry are wonderful! Check out 2krazyketos too! You can do this! 😊
Just so you know, especially for us women, skipping breakfast for an extended period of time spikes our stress hormones and can have negative long term effects on our hormones. Just something to think about if you're feeling stressed or anxious! Thank you for this video, I have been worried about traveling but this gives me hope!
This video is filled with tons of incredibly important information, however, my eye balls started sweating with the subtle but immensely impactful clip buckling the airplane seatbelt…. Thank you for the information and motivation.
This brings back so many memories when I used to travel extensively. I so totally hear you that after working all day, to expend lots of energy figuring out what to eat is exhausting. At the time, I was low carb. If I travel in the future, I will consider leaning carnivore. The selection of fairly clean travel easy protein is so prolific compared to 10 years ago. I was limited to primarily canned tuna. NOT a popular item for the people surrounding you on the plane. Back then Walmart was my go-to since they were fairly consistent everywhere. Thank you! Really great tips. I've also heard from Tom DeLauer that while it sounds good to do a fast on the actual travel day, its already potentially stressful, so your idea of eating over the long flight makes good sense.
Again, love your travel videos. I'm the same way when I used to travel I just stayed in my room and did my own thing. I didn't hang out with the people that were involved the meetings. I did once but that was it.
I'm travelling to Europe in May on a coach tour and you helped me with some options to look out for when making our stops and on free days. Thanks a bunch.
Love the seatbelt on the plane. I was at a place where I needed an extender when flying… I still can’t tighten it as much as you but praying I get there at some point!
I travel extensively for work as well and just found your video. I found a Texas Roadhouse not far from the hotel, and your suggestions were great! I'll try a couple more ideas in the coming days. Thank you!
Thank you Laura for making time to make this video out of your full schedule to help us with our carnivore diet I really appreciate!! I know others do too! But I'm not doing the carnivore diet. I'm doing the keto diet but this video is still helping me. Again thank you!!! You're awesome and you look great Laura!! One more thing you are so beautiful and you have a beautiful family!!! :)
Watching this a year later... And saw that you bring your sound machine & eye mask with you to the Hotel. Might I add to your list is a pillow case I like silk pillow cases. I travel a lot with my hubby and I will always pack my silk pillow cases. It may not be the same as your pillow from home...but, a very close 2nd. Thx for sharing your traveling tips. Carnivore lifestyle is the way to go. God bless.
I love watching all your videos. I have lost 35 pounds so far. Thank you for great content. Request. Simple hair tutorial for how you curl your beach style waves... I love them 💗
Thanks! Your Buffalo Wild Wings tip the other day really helped me out. I’ve got a BWW a mile or so from my house. I’m also going to FL next week to visit family for over a week and I’m trying to game plan out some food items so I don’t get off track. I’ve got carnivore bars, pork rinds, jerky and will get butter, eggs, cheese and ground ground beef when I get to FL.
I travel a lot too. And my Holistic doctor said to start eating this way. I think it will end up being easy. Thank you for sharing. My problem is traveling with other people not just alone.
Laura, your candor and genuine style make you so fun and inspiring to watch!! I second the comment that we need a packing video- with just your travel tips!! How do you get the ice thru security? Just show them your cup??🤣. I would never have thought of that or taking butter!! Brilliant!
Thx for the BWW shout out! I'm a manager there and eating a carnivore lifestyle. Just letting you fellow carnivore/keto friends, you get free food working at BWW
So fun! Your BWW wait person was nice. I love that Jamiroquai song that came on. 😉 I also love these food blog videos, especially in the stores and restaurants. Your kids are adorable!
Thanks for the travel tips, Laura! I plan to take a couple of flights this summer, and I was wondering how hard it will be to stay carnivore. You make it look easy, girl! 😁
Laura - Thanks for your tips especially Buffalo Wild Wings. I had to travel last week and very tough to just eat carnivore when on the road or stick with OMAD.
Great video. I got a few good tips out of it. What a pleasant personality, I hope her employer appreciates her contributions. BTW, I'm going to Florida (the panhandle) and hope to find a good steak place like she went to.
This was fun to watch. I used to travel full time, nomad style, and I relied on Buffalo Wild Wings and grocery stores too, but also… BARBECUE JOINTS! Beef by the pound baby, beef by the pound, and barbecue can be found EVERYWHERE in North America.
You're helping lots I'm two months in carnivore diet I'm healing myself with food fixing decade of poor health and damage it's working eating what our ancestors ate for 400 thousand years no sugar, no grains, no processed crap I now eat mostly fatty meat which coincidentally was my Stripper name
I just watched your video... awesome eating tips, traveling tips, and good job narrating your blog. I enjoyed the experience and good luck to you! I am a subscriber!
you're a doll... you could make huge buckeetos doing modeling !! get some pic's done and create a portfolio and send to the major modeling agencies ....you could be the next cindy crawford !
I love love love your videos. I rarely come on YT anymore but then I miss all your content. Ever think about putting your content on Rumble? Would love if I could watch you there.
Thanks for sharing Laura. I've recently switched to Carnivore. I travel alot as well - every couple of weeks. You have alot of good tips. I was on a long term assignment a few years ago in India and went Veg for 6 months. Veg was so good there and you could not by beef where i was at anyway. Also from the PHX area. Best wishes!
Great video. Those chicken wings plus burgers were a huge meal! I would be so full on just the burgers. ☺️ But then, I'm not as active as you are. You seem to have found your level of weight, and eating, that suits you best. . I'm 50 plus. Down 15 kilos in 10 weeks.
This video was so helpful thank you. My father in law had a major stroke so I been spending a lot of time at the hospital. I been eating these single packs of microwave hotdogs from a convenience store. It's actually quite shocking the lack of meat offered at the hospital cafeteria. As far as onsite restaurants there's a bakery, juice store, boba tea shop and said mini market. Really? People go to hospitals for health reasons and this is the best they can do? That's it I'm bringing my own carnivore foods and snacks.
Your comments about eating breakfast just because it was available is where I fall down. Not particularly breakfast but food in general. I recently went to a birthday party and ate plenty before I went and was not hungry but as soon as the chips, crackers and dips were put in front of me I ate straight away, I was not hungry and didn’t not enjoy it but couldn’t stop.
Where do you get the travel container you have that holds your butter and salt? It is very handy. Thanks for all your posts Laura, very helpful and inspirational. It helps to not only see a woman successful with this WOE, but one that has struggled and been very real with those struggles and how you have worked through these challenges over the years.
I have pulled the same mind game at hotels. Never eat breakfast at home but see all the things I CAN (technically) eat at hotel and I dig in. It’s does set the day up for eating all day. I will, from now on, skip the whole breakfast area. Thanks for putting this ridiculous habit out there “on the table”.
1966 Dad on the road 4 sales job, Mom banging out typing at 85 wpm. I was suddenly a 6yr old "latch key" kid, my new big boy job was to do all the laundry when I got home from school. Mom loved hearing the sound of the washing machine when she got in the door from work. So sometimes all the underwear turned pink, like a valentine heart she would say. Secretly, I think she was a wee bit disappointed. What d u have the kiddos do to feel included in ur career?
I am picky about porkrings. Do you worry about what they are cooked in. I find alot of commercially available pork rinds are made in vegetable oils, or sunflower oils, or other bad oilds....
I wondered about butter going through TSA. If I get this position I’ve been working toward, I’ll be traveling to Phoenix in March for about 8-10 days, so I’m trying to figure out how to stay carnivore and cook in my hotel room.

Some of my older "what I eat videos" have lots of meals from when I was traveling and might give you some more ideas too.
That seatbelt tightening! I can't wait for the day I don't have to extend my seatbelt to the max! Getting there...
This video is filled with tons of incredibly important information, however, my eye balls started sweating with the subtle but immensely impactful clip buckling the airplane seatbelt…. Thank you for the information and motivation.

I really loved this style of video. So interesting how you navigated your travels and eating schedules. Thanks for sharing!! 💕
Laura, thanks for taking us along. I absolutely hate traveling so kudos to you. Nice snack and food ideas!
Love the ideas about Buffalo Wild Wings!!! Your video shows that staying carnivore while traveling is really doable.
This was great information. It is a struggle when we travel by ourselves for business every week. Do a packing video
I smiled from ear to ear at the seatbelt shot! 🥰

Laura, your candor and genuine style make you so fun and inspiring to watch!! I second the comment that we need a packing video- with just your travel tips!! How do you get the ice thru security? Just show them your cup??🤣. I would never have thought of that or taking butter!! Brilliant!
How do you get butter through security? Thanks for all the info. 😊
I learned a lot. TY. I do great at home but get confused when traveling by air.
Haha thank you!! 🥰 We had such a fun conversation, I cut a lot of it out but it was really fun to capture.
I do I struggle with travel and food and love to eat 24/7 so this gives me a better idea of what I could pack and what all I could eat while out
Great video! Realistic, easy & no nonsense 👌 👏 👍
You look at least 5 years younger when you pull your hair up. Love all your videos!
This was fun to watch. I used to travel full time, nomad style, and I relied on Buffalo Wild Wings and grocery stores too, but also… BARBECUE JOINTS! Beef by the pound baby, beef by the pound, and barbecue can be found EVERYWHERE in North America.
You're helping lots
I'm two months in
carnivore diet
I'm healing myself with food
fixing decade of poor health and damage
it's working
eating what our ancestors ate for 400 thousand years
no sugar, no grains, no processed crap
I now eat mostly fatty meat
which coincidentally
was my Stripper name
Very helpful. I didn’t know that about Buffalo wild wings.
I just watched your video... awesome eating tips, traveling tips, and good job narrating your blog. I enjoyed the experience and good luck to you! I am a subscriber!
Great video! Very informative and interesting ideas while traveling. Thanks 😊
you're my fave diet channel. God bless!
This is really helpful! Thank you Laura!
Welcome to Florida!🌊🌴🌞🌴🌊
Thanks for the tips about salt and ice!
I've been watching your videos and insta for 4 years now and I still didn't start my carnivore diet but I am about to do it finally!
😊You’re amazing, Laura!💜
you're a doll... you could make huge buckeetos doing modeling !! get some pic's done and create a portfolio and send to the major modeling agencies ....you could be the next cindy crawford !
Hotels usually have the smaller shelf stable butter and cream cheese that may be less than 3oz to take back with you
I travel a lot for work, this was helpful, thanks!
I love love love your videos. I rarely come on YT anymore but then I miss all your content. Ever think about putting your content on Rumble? Would love if I could watch you there.
I will look into posting stuff there too!
But then, I'm not as active as you are.
Black coffee for the win!
I got some of those Carnivore Snax. They're incredible!
Your skin looks amazing
1966 Dad on the road 4 sales job, Mom banging out typing at 85 wpm. I was suddenly a 6yr old "latch key" kid, my new big boy job was to do all the laundry when I got home from school. Mom loved hearing the sound of the washing machine when she got in the door from work. So sometimes all the underwear turned pink, like a valentine heart she would say. Secretly, I think she was a wee bit disappointed. What d u have the kiddos do to feel included in ur career?
Good morning from Fountain Hills!! Thanks for the video. Sorry about your confiscated cheese.😂 Have a great weekend 😁❤️
😂😂 I didn't think that one through! Clearly my first time trying spreadable cheese. 🤦🏼♀️
Great video. We should do another meat-up next time you are in Denver!
Yes!! I need to look at my schedule...it will likely be in early April.
I am picky about porkrings. Do you worry about what they are cooked in. I find alot of commercially available pork rinds are made in vegetable oils, or sunflower oils, or other bad oilds....
You have a beautiful home. I love your videos. 😀
I wondered about butter going through TSA. If I get this position I’ve been working toward, I’ll be traveling to Phoenix in March for about 8-10 days, so I’m trying to figure out how to stay carnivore and cook in my hotel room.
