Great content! I know exactly what he's talking about. I'm 45 and one week out from the Masters Regionals. The suffering was worth it. Gotta go to some dark places in your mind to push through. I'm fat free/peeled right now and ready for the show. I'm excited for it to be here and excited to get to the rebound phase.

I remember he had a fluid retention problem leading into his pro card win. He did actually put some blame on Patrick his coach at the time. Eventually dropping him at just over a week out. I guess now we know why he was holding water. Hope he nails Texas ✊

My dad discouraged me from lifting weights. He told me I would get muscle bound so that I couldn't even touch my back. That's how I thought about algebra. When in real life are you going to have to touch the middle of your back?

It’s pretty brutal - especially if you are dealing with other things that impact your daily qualify of life. His battle with colitis has been tough this year but we are rooting for him.

I don’t think he needs that much size on his frame. His thighs are too big. Overall proportions need to be dialed in. Less bulk more conditioning. IMO.
