Been following Jason for well over a year now. One of my favorite BB's as he's so down to earth and not cocky like the rest of them. Doesn't have any stupid hype phrases or act fake for the camera and he owns up to his favorite saying "gonna get this down now"
Such a humble guy, a hero u didnt know u need to follow, good job sir, keep it up and good luck with your competition. Plus I like the fact that u edit and produce ur own video contents, a man of many talents 👍

I started lifting in late november after losing 220lbs by just walking and diets in the 2 years before. My calf weight is double anything else I can do 😂
If you look for it, you can see his stretch marks from the gains. One of the sad yet also endearing qualities of working out for a passion. For those of you that don't know, there is only so much you can do to prevent stretch marks. Once you get them it's a permanent scar but they fade away over time. Wear them with pride!
I believe you should ALWAYS start all your workouts with at least 10 minutes of cardio on the treadmill or stationary bike to get your muscles and joints warmed up ready to hit the weights. Then do a light walk around outside to loose up your body muscles. Plus, your blood is flowing through out. Now, you’re ready for your workout. I do another 10 minutes of cardio after my main workout. My muscles feel so pumped, I feel like I’m ready to explode!!!! Warm showers after, then gradually raise temperature to cool water at the end of your shower. This eliminates muscle soreness for me. I hope this works for you, or if applicable.

My favourite BBs that you feature are the ones who know how to cook. Watching the 50th edition of chicken and rice and eggs gets a little depressing and it's even worse when they don't even make that - they have a purveyor that ships all their meals in box's to them every week!

If he wanted to keep weight off and keep doing classic, do you think he couldve just trained the same and lowered the doses a little? It's different if he just wanted to do open, and he looks like he has the size for it, and honestly by his frame it looks like it might be a better choice for open
I could never do it. I love a good workout, I could do that part, but the meticulous nature of the food. The diet plan, the weighing everything, the eating even if you aren't hungry. That seems like the hardest part to me
What I don’t understand is just eating egg whites, like the yellow part makes it way better. It’s wasting the whole egg pretty much just getting whites !

I had them in my 20s at my pec inserts- Loved having them, but long gone.

You really don't need to buy nonstick frying pans . often just don't use metal spatchulas use rubber ones.then your pans last alot longer.
