As said by someone else hairspray works great or put it in front of the woodburner fire and heat it up and it dries instantly or smaller pots in the microwave works well too!

I know some do this but after trying it did not actually improve it for me. The layer method seems to be easier for me :-)

A coat of hairspray can help make the surface easier for the re-coat of glaze to adhere to.

Yes but all the glaze I do is cone 6 :-)

I always reheat the pot first...then reglaze....small pots I heat up in microwave...1minute at a time ....2 minutes usually is enough to reglaze
