As someone who already has a lot of hang-ups because of past SA by a woman when I was a child, women thinking it's cute to go around assaulting random men pisses me off so much.
While random people claim "public filming rights" because you are in public, without the written consent of the property owner and lease holder even a "public" store is PRIVATE PROPERTY. If a property owner or lease holder can have you removed from any location under "trespassing" laws and or banned from that or also all other locations then it is NOT public property and erego filming is not legal without permission. This includes parking lots and ALL places of business, while lawyers (in the U.S. at least) will argue you have no "expectation of privacy" in public the only truly public spaces are locations like parks that are owned and operated by a govt entity. If the property is owned by ANY private entity and they hold the power to deny access and/or service at their behest that location constitutes as private property. This is why stores like Target don't allow filming inside their stores, it can be incredibly disruptive to parishioners as well as violate the rights of individuals who do not wish to be exposed to the internet. The only exceptions to this would be filming for evidentiary purposes only (i.e. to prove you weren't shoplifting or didn't start a fight and were attacked/an auto accident that was not your fault) and even then you are in a quite Grey legality. While the police want you to believe they can film whatever wherever and content creators as well, things are not so simple. Where the courts have heard arguments from both sides of both issues simply put if a location has the authority to have you removed from their premises they also hold the authority to restrict public filming, as such if the property owner or leasee have given written consent to allow filming they must also have the consent of anyone captured on said film to expose it. Funny that American "justice" is so situational. Judges make decisions based on what is most beneficial to their perspective even when their rulings are illogically contradictory (a perfect example being that "anyone" can film and expose strangers inside a privately owned business but that business also holds the authority to have you removed from their PRIVATE PROPERTY for any reason they wish...). So many places where precident is flawed, understandably public streets, sidewalks, parks, and other tax funded locations are truly public but all other properties are privately "owned" (rented from the govt at least) allowing those owners the ability to create rules preventing filming, if they refuse to limit filming on their property then they have also made themselves liable for punitive damages.

Yeah and it's been happening for a while now, before OF and the like. About 15 years ago when I was in high school I had 2 girls come up to me at lunch, saying some weird stuff, grabbed my hand and tried to put it on her friends boob. I had to pull my hand away because I didn't know what game they were playing and I wasn't interested in finding out, don't know if her boyfriend was nearby waiting to fight or what. I've been harassed more by women than men in my life.
How many f*cking times do I have to tell people you cannot just post a persons FACE online it is against the law it does not matter that you are in public it's in the all copyright laws under a persons likeness
It all depends on which state or country’s laws you are having to it bye-bye because some states allow you to post without the permission of the third-party as long as the camera was obvious and not hidden because in public you are I have no right to privacy And I think we should probably be changing those laws to that if you don’t want to be recorded, you have the right not to be recorded by a random citizen
Umm. How did she upload a video of someone else in it when OF requires everyone in any content to have an account and be properly tagged? It's a rule for this specific purpose.
The sad thing about this is roma doesn't have a stable household for her kids. Whatever she pays child support, that doesn't equate anything in a child's life. You can make male friendly videos all you want, you're the clasification of woman men stay away from.
Roma, I've never been anywhere on the 'socials of media' except UA-cam. But I've been told that some women are doing very explicit videos, with their children in the room! Because I swear to God, the majority of girls, nowadays are not real victims. I just make up a sob story to pretend to be a victim, which makes it harder for actual victims to be heard.
That's wild 😅
That look was definitely not a "damn girl, that's fine" that was an "ooh girl, that's nasty"
used to be on the fense. always like fansley a bit more. after today OF is nothing but purely disgusting
Dont remember exactly but i believe her site was shut down for having him in her video without his consent joey swoll video had more info about it
He should go after her for a hate crime because if you really think about it this is an indirect attack on his human rights.
"Hate crime" specifically refers to actual violence against minorities; but what this is is a pretty clear-cut case of sexual harassment, and a violation of public decency laws. This guy, AND his employer, should definitely file charges.
@@vernondent1411 isn't a gay person considered a minority? Since the majority of the people are straight?
Yea that is totally sick what girls doing today and police not doing anything but if man doing that to girl then he will sleep in jail next 5 days
Love you Chloe
If I found out I was in a video like that, I'm immediately asking for my cut.
Wait a minute.... I like sausage 🤣🤣🤣
It all depends on which state or country’s laws you are having to it bye-bye because some states allow you to post without the permission of the third-party as long as the camera was obvious and not hidden because in public you are I have no right to privacy
And I think we should probably be changing those laws to that if you don’t want to be recorded, you have the right not to be recorded by a random citizen
@@Helfirehydra nope this is a national law it's been that way for more then 70 years dates back to cable television
Neckbeards are real, people
Umm. How did she upload a video of someone else in it when OF requires everyone in any content to have an account and be properly tagged? It's a rule for this specific purpose.
is it bad at this point most man have to fly out of the USA just to fine a trusting girl at this point?
jeez Roma, you /EVAH/ not call it like it is? gooooooo girrrrrrrl !!!!!!!
That's sad
Only fans should be banned , same with tik tak ..
I refer you to Jezebel in the Old Testament. Nuff said
B-but women cant do bad cuz patriarchy, Roma!
I hope guys ok
💯
Damn if she wanted content all she had to do was invite me over
I had a female co-worker who wanted to show me the new tattoo on her butt. This was twenty years ago and I don't think she was trying to cancel me.
can you link original video please
I think he sued
Wow 😲
Omg even his face showed it all. He was like oh geez. Disgusting behaviour
Disgusting behavior? How? She absolutely did nothing wrong at all.
@Black-And-WhiteWorldview8488 how do you figure that?
@@rachaelford5525 She did nothing harmful or even criminal towards him.
@@Black-And-WhiteWorldview8488 so purposely flashing him and recording him for views is ok?

What does that upside down cross on your neck mean?
...
Oh look, another reason to remain a reckuse....
The sad thing about this is roma doesn't have a stable household for her kids. Whatever she pays child support, that doesn't equate anything in a child's life. You can make male friendly videos all you want, you're the clasification of woman men stay away from.
So assault/harassment and libel? Unless im mistaken?
Seriously. Who gives a shit. It really ain’t gonna hurt you. Ignore the bullshit. If a guy did it, he’d be fine with it.
Damn 😳
Roma, I've never been anywhere on the 'socials of media' except UA-cam. But I've been told that some women are doing very explicit videos, with their children in the room! I cannot corroborate, but I sure hope not. I have always respected sex work, am all for 'you do you' , etc. But, I hope women have more wisdom? Integrity? Than that. Though, some of what I see, I fear not. 👍💙💙💙🥰✌
