@allisonm7223 it’s very mild and I thought it had a strange taste. But you’d have to decide. I like the strong flavor of Saigon cinnamon. @kentroskelley1389 yes! He did say that’s the only one that gives us the certain health benefits. That’s why I ordered it. Maybe I’ll mix the two.
You were going to explain why you eat like this. I love eating like this too. What is the difference between vegtables and legumes? You have been working your whole meal 😀 overhere dokters tell fat people, sugar people and cholesterol people not to eat starch any more. No bread, no potatoes, rice or pasta's. I was told to start eating meat again! Eat no more than 400 gr of veggies per day! But worst off all ... i got scared straight that i could die at a moments notice. My weight was 96 kilo's bloodsugar 6.0 my blood pressure under 140/80. An other doktor said: those numbers on your weight and leght
(HE FLEW OFF) and length are amazing! I mostly eat vegtables. I eat a lot of soup. Lovely, easy and hot in a bowl... specially in wintertime. I liked the 'make up' for this video. But next time I grab a plate too. Thank you.

I also watch a video in that you said your boyfriend went to get his own food, and that it's not about the food your eating but about your time together. I liked that but I have a question, I know he's your boyfriend but will it be the same if you get married? I mean if you are Vegan or Plant Based and he eats meat or dairy (anything animal) will that still be ok? I am asking because I am trying to eat this way. And my husband said he also wants to, but seems to also eat others? I do the cooking, so am I to cook mine (Plant Based/Vegan) and also make his animal? Thank you for anything on how you would do/see this I am enjoying your video's
