I wanted to mention that I recently discovered how easy it is to make roasted peppers in the air fryer. Wash a whole pepper, remove the part of the stem that sticks out, place it in the air fryer at 200 C for 20 to 22 minutes. Turn once halfway though. The skin slides right off, they are delicious and salt free!

Wow I’m 62 and plant based for 9 years. Never had any menopause issues no intense hot flashes at all. Must be my diet! Love you ladies! Keep inspiring and teaching us!

I went vegan back in 2015, but got super sick with digestive issues on it and continued to get sicker after adding in meats a couple of years ago to try to heal my stomach. Figured out the oils were ruining my digestive health. I've been following the starch solution (oil free) for 4 days now and have reversed my digestive issues completely. Increased energy, libido, sound sleeping, clearer skin... Quite amazing and shocking.

What shoes are Healthy Mummies favorite walking shoes?
I'm new to your channel and I'm enjoying the Healthy Mummy series! What a small world - my birthday is Feb. 19 and my husband's birthday is Feb. 26! One of my sons was born on Feb. 17 and I actually got to bring him home on my birthday - the best birthday present! I went into labor with my second son ON my husband's birthday, but he was born an hour into the 27th!

I tried the rice on the bottom trick and it’s a brilliant idea! I did notice I was eating all the good stuff on top and leaving a lot of greens 😂
The only food I can’t give up is fish…. I become a pescatarian recently.
When your Mom had no pasta during her weight lose just my thoughts. I personally am 69, when I do decide to have pasta I do lentil pasta. I half fill my bowl with broccoli, top it up with lentil pasta, then my stewed tomatoes/peppers/onions. Your thoughts about my choice? Thanks for sharing 👍❤️😊

Usually baked potatoes at steak houses are brushed with bacon grease or some other animal fat. I love Healthie Mommy's second tip about the grocery store.

Why no oil in your diet? I realize there is a bit in flax seed you are consuming. Organic Oil is very beneficial in diet and on the skin.

I enjoy your videos, but I do wonder if you realize that “high cholesterol” isn’t necessarily a bad thing? There are a lot of factors that determine health related to cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL. There is also concern with cholesterol being too low…
Do you drink coffee? Im on starch solution and eat the same way heading towards menopause and I think i should just stop drinking coffee because it might be the reason weight loss is very slow.🙃
