Agreed! I hate seeing “natural flavors”… I immediately think, we’ll what is it 🤷🏾♀️. It’s a ‘no’ for me. I immediately suspect they’re trying to hide something.
Thank you. I just had a son nine months ago and I feel my body deteriorating from all the everything and I want my baby to be healthier than me. Subscribed.

So glad I found this video and channel. Be aware of some uncoated cast iron cookware, especially if made overseas. It can have some concerning materials in the casting product.
Never heard about enameled being an issue, like Staub and Le Creuset. Have definitely heard about foreign plain , uncoated cast iron. I will research. See if there is any peer reviewed data.
Great video. I learned a few tips even though I feel I have a pretty nontoxic kitchen. But why do you even mention a microwave? Surly you know what it does to food?
To be honest… I don’t use anything these days. No static for some reason. I think because I only fry my clothes on “ultra dry” setting - so the lowest possible setting for the least amount of time possible. Keeps clothes nicer longer.

When the packaging doesn't want to tell you what exactly the flavors and scents are, there's a red flag! Vague ingredients could be anything.
I agree!

Thank you for educating us! It's crazy how much food label deception there is!

Yes, enameled cast iron can definitely be toxic! There’s a balance, right?

I'm interested in a Berkey review.

I’m not sure where in the video I mention a microwave since I filmed this a very long time ago! Yes, I’m aware.
Which is better cast iron or iron ? I'm trying to change my household so I'm a little confused.
I use cast iron, copper and stainless steel.
I love wool balls but they don’t eliminate the static. Any ideas?

I use vinegar as fabric softener and I find that helps with the static as well.
oooh iteresting! I'll have to try that. I'm sure it helps with extra stinky items too :)@@stellabeanbella

What fluoride filter do you use?
It’s the fluoride filter from berkey - it’s called PF-2 I think
Great video!
Thanks, Colton!
