CINNAMON BUNS Recipe | Braided Cinnamon Rolls

- CINNAMON BUNS
✔️Dough
1 cup [240 ml] fresh milk
1 egg
3 tbsp [38grams] sugar
2 tsp [6 grams] instant yeast
2 & 1/2 cups [320 grams] all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp [45 grams] margarine/butter
✔️Filling
50 grams [approx. 1/4 cup] softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup [100 grams] brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
➡️Preheat oven & bake @ 180C for 20-25 mins. or until brownish top.
*Baking time may depend on oven specification.

For some may find the dough sticky so add up if it needs it. Every flour absorbs liquid differently due to level of protein content so adjust accordingly.

Suggestion, hoping this helps:
I make the dough at night, leave it in the fridge overnight (1st proofing)
In the morning, i prepare the dough, shape it to how i need it formed for 2nd proofing.
Then i leave it inside the oven to proof with a cup of hot steaming water for about 45mins to an hour.
Usually its ready after 45mins, so i take it out of the oven,
Preheat my oven then bake.

Well what i do is i make it the night before like the whole shape and all put in the tray and cover it and leave it the fridge ivernight its just so much easier to bake in the morning

yes, place the dough in airtight container , you can keep it in the fridge overnight during first proofing, then shape it the next morning😉

it means malakas ang gluten, if mag stretch back sya you can stop rolling then cover & let it rest for 5-10 mins pra marelax ang gluten.

Hey. I tried your recipe, but the taste came out slightly bland. Do I need to add more brown sugar, etc.? You're right. I had to monitor my oven. I had to decrease the temp to 330F for 23 min. How long should be the length of the dough? The video seems to enlarge the bun and braids. I believe 12 buns will make very thin brades. My dough kept shrinking during the flattening process, so I could only make 8 vs 12 buns.
I believe your dough wasn’t proofed enough if it shrank back.
I follow the receipe but the dough was quite wet.was the portion of milk in this formula accurate?
@@rtean4 Hi. One cup of milk worked for me. You may just have to knead longer and/or add flour as you knead the dough to dry the dough.
Es stimmt nicht die Menge zwischen Flüssigkeiten und Mehl, viel zu dünn , nicht wie in Demo was du durchgeführt hast 😅
