Hey Funkster! Loving your workouts as a fellow 50 something fighting the good fight and feeling like I’m winning, I must admit I swapped out the funky swings for regular swings as they felt a bit awkward and I couldn’t seem to find the right weight but still felt it even hours afterwards…

I like this workout but I think 40sec on and 20sec off is a better mix. I'm a devout kettlebell khaos fan and do at least one of them pretty much every week 😂. But any workout where you rest as much as you train just ain't right ha!
Also swabbed the one arm kettlebell swings and step backs to just kb swings cos that's wayyyyy too much co-ordination for me. Either way did some extra stuff at the end and felt good at the end 👍

I'm nearly in club 40 and 4 or so of these workouts a week keep me in great shape. I still nip to the gym to do the holy trinity twice a month. Also a pro tip gents, I do yoga everyday and that massively helps with my gains.

those swings were very tough, i felt like it was a mind-muscle type of exercise. I noticed I was better on my right than my left. Great stuff I have been following your stuff for a year or so, on and off but I may give that app a shot.
