Lead singer *performed* this song, he didn't just sing it. Watching his face during the video he looks like he's having fun and really playing into the song. I get a very "theater" vibe from him and his performance. Very charismatic and playful performance. Brilliant.

Your breakdown and explanation were beautiful. One of their or "Phil's" songs that really hit me is "Dragonfly" that he wrote after his mom lost a 3 yr battle with cancer. The message he has under the video explains in detail the passion that drove him to write it. He's also a vocal coach/instructor.

Great review by the way, you cease to amaze me, you have a such a keen ear for singers, and such a great way of breaking it down to an easy to understand explanation without being snooty or talking down to us. Also, even though you claim that other instruments are not your specialty and usually stick to the voice, from someone that was in several bands then a sound engineer for many years, you have an excellent grasp of the performance of a band surrounding a great singer. Isn't the vocalist in this band something else, he can flip from a D to an A and any octave in between with almost no pause. They have so many good songs.

It was nice to see you "geeking out" listening to this. I stumbled across it a couple of weeks ago and was "geeking" as well, and I'm in my 60's! Subscribed to their channel and haven't been disappointed. Just some guys having the time of their life playing some music together. Good stuff to be sure.

Always enjoy small town Titans, I love hearing deep vocals and he has a great range, but sings in that lower range that I enjoy singing with.
This singer has one of the best most versatile voices in Rock imo. His range is unreal. And such amazing tone. Many big bands would love to have such a voice fronting their group

Ho, Ho, Ho, Elizabeth! I Loved this performance and your reaction! This is my 1st time listening to, "Small Town Titans," and they are absolutely Amazing! I remember watching the Original animated TV special back in the mid-late 60's and this production was just as Impressive! The Singer (Phil) has a phenomenal voice and had a remarkable performance playing the Bass and singing at the same time! Thank You, Elizabeth!
