I'm so glad this video was suggested to me. I have an old Wagner that I never used, & I pulled it out this week for a project. Thank you for sharing the tips. I feel more confident to use it.
I LOVED the texture of the lamp after the FIRST coat of putty..and kinda liked it exactly like that with it being white and textured. Had a very modern boho feel.
Fun to see your accessory game. I once had a great lamp that had a Crack in the pottery. I liked the size and style of lamp so I coated it with Elmer's glue and tissue paper and then spray painted it. Everyone visiting home thought it looked great. Thanks, Jackie
I thoroughly enjoyed your thrift store flips. The mirror is definitely my favorite, but you did a wonderful job on all the other things as well. I've seen watching you for some time and truly enjoy your work. I will be 75 this month and wished I was able to do all those things you do. You are so talented.
Love the way you think outside of the box and see potential in things people throw away only to buy more new things. Noticed you are always clean and paint free. Any secrets you might want to share? Continue to stay creative and keep posting.
Ok. So you and Lauren (FFT) have convinced me to buy an entry level sprayer. Before watching you and FFT Lauren these last 2 days, I was too intimidated to spend a lot of money on a difficult-to-use high end paint sprayer. I am much more comfortable with the sprayers you two showed us. Anyway, I love all those DIYs. I was especially blown away by the mirror. Furnishing by thrifting is the way to go. It also forces you to be as imaginative and creative as possible. Very impressive!
Everything looks amazing but my favorite is the mirror. I've been looking at them , I would never spend that much on a mirror. I live your dup. Well done
Christina you nailed the mirror. It’s beautiful! The lamp and vases turned out fantastic! I can’t believe you painted over the beautiful art work, jk… they are definitely better than before. You updated everything at a tiny fraction of the cost of new and I’m really into that. The Wagner sprayer worked perfect for all these projects and I was impressed with the simplicity of folding up the spray tent for storage when you were done. Thank you for showing us more great products and projects! Fantastic job! 😃
I'm looking around at the flipping market and thinking about trying to start this up for some extra money, so thanks for the vidjayo. As a DIYer I have a suggestion though. Watching you use your sweet painting setup, it would be a good idea to go find yourself a lazy suzen or similar spinning table. It keeps the fingers off the paint projects and lets you rotate it to cover the whole object. Just thought I'd kick that out there after watching the painting on your vases. Thanks again for sharing your the knowledge.
Interesting and different. May I suggest in the future to use either a silicone adhesive or special glass/mirror glue. Your wood glue will eventually come loose and people will get ticked off. As you probably guessed, the benefit of a spray gun is that they use less paint while getting tons better coverage. Fix on!
Love the idea of thrifting for home decor! You can always transform something if it’s not exactly how you want it:) Great flips! The mirror was definitely my favorite flip🤩✨
It seems like you were burning out a little on the furniture flips. I’m glad you are doing different things to keep yourself inspired. I love this video.
Wow I'm glad I found you, very helpful & inspiring! I love how you don't chit chat or go into what you think about people places ect... straight to the point. I will watch yr entire videos😉
Loved the mirror flip! Not sure about the lamp, would have probably kept the groves and the brass bottom, and painted it black like the vases. Love the vases too. To each their own taste, the important thing is that you like it. Thanks for the ideas and inspiration.
I love the mirror. I have a wood frame that is missing its mirror that I've been wanting to add decorative pieces too. It's rectangular. but I could stoll make it awesome.
The basket and vases are my favorite. The mirror turned out very nice, just not my style. I love how you try out new products/tools and give an honest opinion.
You're so clever and resourceful with the spray gun! The mirror looks fabulous... I can see how wood-U-bend trim would create terrific picture frames! Terrific ideas!!!!
Hi Christina :-) The mirror is the most lovely in my view. Great effect with the molds from Wood-U-Bend - worth spending a bit extra and who doesn't have extra mirrors around! I have one similar so off I go! My thanks for sharing your flips! MQH (Canada) :-)
I enjoy your channel. I've been building funiture for over 5 yrs now. I just started into flipping funiture. The great thing about knowing how to build funiture I learned great ways to fix or improve some of the funiture I got. Have you ever used a template for your dresser bottoms. This allows you to get a bit more creative & stylish. You can use your jig saw & you can pick up a little palm router to chamfer your edges. You do beautiful work. Thanks for your channel
Christina, you are an artist and a genius! Some of your ideas are out of this world! Thank you for your ideas and inspiration. Needless to say, I have subscribed. God bless
I love it all! I would have never thought to do a lamp like that very cool! The mirror is amazing but the one that I was impressed with is the bowl! So simple and it looked great! I am going to try to bowl and the lamp!
really enjoyed this video! i love it when you do your own camera and voice over... we get to experience your artistic process a litle more intimately and that is really lovely! my favorite flip was actually your canvases. i love the color scheme. the mirror was my second fave, and the lamp i liked too... not sure i would do something quite like it myself, but it did intrigue me!
The lamp came out great and the black bases. The basket is missing something, but your overall creativity and knowledge are amazing and helpful! I'm learning a lot from you. Gracias!!
Get a lazy susan, makes painting round things so much easier. 😍
I'm so glad this video was suggested to me. I have an old Wagner that I never used, & I pulled it out this week for a project. Thank you for sharing the tips. I feel more confident to use it.
Glad I could help! Once you get the hang of a sprayer, you will never go back to hand painting!
I LOVED the texture of the lamp after the FIRST coat of putty..and kinda liked it exactly like that with it being white and textured. Had a very modern boho feel.
One thing you can depend on at thrift stores is a good vase. I love your diys and your aesthetic. Good advice and I’ll try the mirror dupe.

Ouh, I just found out about the other functions of the tent now. Could be a workshop. Very useful.
Fun to see your accessory game. I once had a great lamp that had a Crack in the pottery. I liked the size and style of lamp so I coated it with Elmer's glue and tissue paper and then spray painted it. Everyone visiting home thought it looked great. Thanks, Jackie
I love the mirror, I did not know about the bendable wood. What a great tip! I love the lamp - cornstarch? who knew? That's fantastic!

And there have been 100's out there. The wood you can bend is very nice. Must find.
Everything is gorgeous. The simplicity of changing wicker basket was neat.
I was surprised with the mirror. Turned out to be my favorite.
Love the mirror!! I really like the way you present your DIY’s. Thanks. 😊
Love the way you think outside of the box and see potential in things people throw away only to buy more new things. Noticed you are always clean and paint free. Any secrets you might want to share? Continue to stay creative and keep posting.
