Please do not be discouraged for viewers negativity comments!!!!You are thrifting saving money, repurposing home products that would be otherwise choking up land fills, and or you would be hoarding books in a storage unit that serves no purpose to anyone but taking up unnecessary space that is costing one in rental storage units. Ppl out there must be mindful how your negativity can affect a great thing these crafters or thrift flippers talented content is admirable rather than the rudeness that we can get in the outside world. I didn’t mean to blow up such a message but I have lost a thrift flipper to negative comments that were harsh to the thrift flipper. Just want to send love and encouragement only no animosity intended. On that note loving your content Christina and thank you for sharing your passion💝💗💓💓💓
I wish I could afford one. I’m just setting up selling on Etsy and selling to others than family. I have the large Wagner tent and love. But I bought a cheaper sprayer on line and hate it. I seem to have so much overspray. I even tried using it on my house. No good. Painted my house by hand! Is this good for spraying the inside walls too? I have to paint my entire house inside as well. Water damage. Bad contractors. Well, I can only wish. Someday soon.
It's because of you I purchased a turntable and paint tent.....I love them. My painting is so different from yours, that I don't see the need for a paint sprayer......Your projects today were all fabulous and for certain I think you met your goal!! Thank you for sharing.
Came for the chair! So happy to the restore of the magazine rack with the cane! I've wondered how to repair pieces water damaged like that! Ok. I need to purchase another like I need a hole in my head! 🤣 Getting a sprayer would be worth not having cans of spray paint to store. And the spray tent! I feel like I've been under a rock!! This video was very helpful. TFS! 💜👩🏽🎨
I think I was under the rock with you for not thinking about a tent let alone the lazy Susan (or the spinning wheel sorry didn't remember what she called it). But amazing projects on a budget. Kudos!
I like painting big pictures but the big canvasses are too expensive. The used ones are so well, priced. I spray them with the clear matte double strength before painting
Yes ! A ( good quality ! ) faux fern , along w/ a few of other green plants , adds interest & helps " soften " a room , same as a throw & pillows Perhaps a green plant on the mantel next to the textured wall art ? Prefer limited accessories - quality over quantity . 🥰
Christina apparently you "put it out in the universe" that were looking for that particular style chair and it was waiting for you. Glad you found it and shared the makeover with us. Awesome job!❤
I was just on another favourite channel and realised I had been unsubscribed. I came over to you and the exact same thing. Please get your viewers to double check they are still subbed
My favorite home decor trend flips Christina! I like seeing your vase makeovers. These turned out great especially the magazine rack, who knew how useful and trendy that could look. About the sprayer .. my husband has been encouraging me for the longest time to buy a sprayer .. I didn’t realize you can get up close to do the detail work like you showed in the video. I’m scared I’ll make a mess. But after watching you this time I may have to invest in one and give it a try. I think it would make my work easier. 🌻thank you!
Your flips were all fantastic. My favorite is the magazine rack. So sophisticated looking. Great job. Just bought a paint sprayer. Your tips were very helpful. Encouraged to try mine out now…
You did a great job on all your finds - reminds me of your other video similar to "Flea Market Flip." Using the spackle as a medium for the picture & lamp was a great idea.
Hi Christina. Thanks for sharing this video. Can you share if you used a sealer after you painted the items? I tried painting a similar piece and it appears the paint started to chip. Thanks in advance. I look forward to your reply. :)
I love the black chair, too. I brush painted two similar chairs, and it literally took me hours. I might need to consider this sprayer after seeing how effortless you made it look. ❤
The sprayer is great but it's a big investment if you're only doing some smaller pieces of furniture. If I want a really smooth finish on a piece, with no brush marks, I add some Floetral to my final mix of paint. It slows down the drying time of this process but leaves you with a wonderful finish for relatively little dosh. You can get it for smaller artworks (eg acrylic pour technique) but it's the same thing you can buy in bulk at the hardware store (for painting large surfaces such as walls). It might be available under a different name depending on where you live.
Please do more of these Pottery Barn et al dupes. They are among the most interesting makeovers l have seen. Also, what color wash did you use on your coffee table?
Everything turned out so cool! And they were all for you. I'm going to learn how to use a Wagner sprayer and I gotta get the tent and turn table. ThankU for sharing.
Love all these! Not sure what my fave was. I really love the technique with that painting turned texture art. My colors are different in my home, but I may try something like that. I thought the lamp turned out really well too!
I love the vase after it broke!! Your home is beautiful!! I’m not crazy about the umber color but you didn’t make it for me. I do love the idea of the artwork! Really, really beautiful home!!
They are all good flips. I have been doing similar flips but with spray paint in a can and I completely agree with the amount of fumes!! I really want to paint all of our dining chairs black. Maybe I should invest in a sprayer. Your chair came out so beautiful
I'm a novice. Once in a blue moon I may do a project and use spray paint and agree that the fumes and over spray are an issue. I live in an apt so it can be kinda tricky. Love all your projects.
Add the smaller white birch logs... would look great... the chair needs a small chair pad something like a braided piece just to add a touch of color...new to your channel...
I liked how you put small books in the cane magazine rack. Or like this other person said white birch logs if you like that look. But I think the chair doesn't need a pad . You want to see the style/shape of the chair.....but to each there own. We all have our own taste. Great styling. Inspiring.
I love the black chair, I don’t like the umber “painting” probably because I love to paint I do a lot of water color and pastels. Thank you for sharing this ! I’ll be buying these Wagner tools! Love your videos!
Great job!! I have chairs with caning as the magazine holder-now I know how to refresh them!! Everything looks luxurious! Love the "painting"-I may do the same!!
I love your projects. They are definitely on par with the models you showed. And your savings for doing your own flipping more than paid for the $412 required to buy all your equipment and supplies if you were starting from scratch.
WOW!!! YOU Did An Awesome Job...With Your Awesome Thrift Store Finds!!! I Need One Of Those Paint Sprayers -Like Yesteryears!!! AND The Painting Tents!!! TFS Your Creativity With US!!! 😍🙂
Fabulous job! Many years ago, my dear Aunt used to be the buyer in a high-end luggage/leather store and she also dressed the windows. She would make occasional buying trips to NYC and I thought that was so cool! Anyway, she learned a lot about interior design. She told me that something black in the room was like the 'eyebrows' on the face. It grounds the room and gives it depth and interest. I have always followed her advice. I have some of her decorative things that I use. She had great taste and her things are still stylish after all these years. Keep up the good work Christina! 🥀
I have two olden wooden chairs I LOVE (with two totally different styles) and I've finally found what I want to do with them... spray paint them black! I'm also going to paint black a small metal "thingy" with legs which is supposed to hold ice and cold drinks. Yesterday my order for bunches of silk lavender flowers which will be set inside once it's painted. Sooo happy I saw this today - thanks!!!!!

And now I’m getting a pop-up tent and a paint sprayer! 😍
Yup that vase looks better without that long neck.
It was a happy accident!
Loved the “ ooops! Vase”!!
My fav is the chair. Love that style and the black paint.
The chair is gorgeous! I love that you had a happy mishap with the vase!
Right.. me too.Oops! Happy mishap. I think it looked much better with the shorter neck. Awesome job.
Just OOONNNEEEE more color on the art piece!
Fav THE BLACK chair! And then second was the black candle 🕯️ holder lantern.
Broken vase is my favorite. Gonna have to find one a break it LOL
They all turned out beautiful, but it's the chair for me!
They’re all beautiful but I like the magazine holder best
I agree the vase breaking was a happy accident 💕
Also I liked how your closet turned out!
We love all the transformations! It really shows the power of a fresh coat of paint! Excellent work with your Wagner tools.
I wish I could afford one. I’m just setting up selling on Etsy and selling to others than family. I have the large Wagner tent and love. But I bought a cheaper sprayer on line and hate it. I liked them all, but I especially like how the vase turned out .❤

Like all, really like the vase. Great flips
I loved all the flips! The chair and vase I would say are my favorite. You do such a wonderful job!
My favorite is the lamp.We did 6 of the same chair you did in black with some rubbed off, we used our Wagner paint gun 😁
The vase looked so much better after you broke it. lol. I didn’t see that coming. 😅
Everything is great! I have two favorites though … the black chair and the lamp. They are beautiful!
Love both the black chair and the two-tone magazine holder! Bravo! You did an amazing job of renewing all of the pieces you scored!
Hi love all the bits I love the magazine rack and the chair .love channels like this thank you x
Idk why I never thought to use a canvas picture from goodwill instead of buying a new blank one!! Everything turned out beautifully!!💕
Yard Sales.
I’ve done it many times. Just shellac and primer and ready to go!
I like painting big pictures but the big canvasses are too expensive. The used ones are so well, priced. I spray them with the clear matte double strength before painting
Those magazine racks look great with a large fern in them. Just an option for you other than books/mags.
Yes ! A ( good quality ! ) faux fern , along w/ a few of other green plants , adds interest & helps " soften " a room , same as a throw & pillows Perhaps a green plant on the mantel next to the textured wall art ? Prefer limited accessories - quality over quantity . 🥰
Love the chair….and the vase , looks much better after you broke it 😊
Love these. I found a similar chair on the side of the road months ago and have been considering painting it black, now I know I definitely will!
I need four matching chairs on a shoe string budget. Getting this style here n there then painting them does solve my need.
Christina apparently you "put it out in the universe" that were looking for that particular style chair and it was waiting for you. Glad you found it and shared the makeover with us. Awesome job!❤
You are so talented! Everything is great, including the video showing how you did your makeovers.
I was just on another favourite channel and realised I had been unsubscribed. I came over to you and the exact same thing. Please get your viewers to double check they are still subbed
Loved the technique used on the lamp and of course, loved the black chair!
Good job!!!! The black chair is my favorite...I just painted my dining room chairs that are exactly like this one looks so good.
I love the colour scheme in your home. So calm and timeless 😊❤
Loved all of them, there are no mistakes, only happy accidents that work out. ❤
So cool and so beautiful! Thank you for sharing because I'm in the process of learning!
You are so welcome!

All of them are great, my favorite is between the vase and the magazine rack. I think I have a magazine rack so I’m going to try your idea.

I loved everything!! From the baskets to magazine rack to that lamp!! Also the ombré textures painting!!💓💫💓
Loved watching you flip decor pieces! Tme magazine holder was my favorite. I see those out there and will try it.
Hello Christine I just binge watched three of your dupes, so many great ideas and turned out great. Thank you
Wow! I love all of these flips! I think I like the textured umber piece the best. Very inspiring!
I like the umber painting- I love the texture- it might be fun to put some gold into it- very nice makeovers!
Please do more of these Pottery Barn et al dupes. They are among the most interesting makeovers l have seen. Also, what color wash did you use on your coffee table?

Love the arrow-back chair and the artwork. In fact, it’s all lovely. You do an A+ job. OH, and I REALLY love the magazine rack. Wow!
Thank you so much!

Small logs would be cute loaded up in that magazine holder next to the fireplace. Also the black chair is my favorite. 😊
Inspiring.
I love the whole flip batch. You have a knack for this! 👏🏼👌😊
I loved them all as well. Couldn't decide on a favorite. Job well done.
They all turned out delightful. I loved the happy accident. The shorter neck on the vase looks much better.
I love the black vase, even though I'm not a big fan of black everything looks so fresh and glossy
Everything looks great Christina! 🥰🥰🥰
I have a sprayer too totally afraid of using it but you gave me courage so I’ll try it when my tent arrives

I loved them all. If forced to select a favorite, I’d say the artwork.
The umber color is rich. I love it!
I have a chair just like that one, I love it . But my favorite thing is the lamp ,Perfect 💕
I love the black chair, I don’t like the umber “painting” probably because I love to paint I do a lot of water color and pastels.
