      Yes, if you can't do yoga in the morning, you can practice it in the evening. Just make sure to do it 3-4 hours after a meal so your body feels light and you can get the full benefits of yoga.

    मैंने आपकी बताई excercise सुरु की हैं. और डाइट भी सुरु की हैं. लेकिन मुझे भूख लग जाती हैं. यदी नाही खाया तो एसिडिटी होती हैं और सर दर्द होने लगता हैं. उसके लिए क्या करें.
