    Hi mam. I started my aerobics today first video i found was urs. Had fun felt like a family got connected instantly. Gratitude and love had tears while saying you bye. I m 120 kgs so I tried my max but I couldn't copy u but k glad I did something today. Love love

    I have been following your videos for a few days and practicing. Started following you with me being 58.05kg, and lost 500gms in three days. This one looks most effective, and knee friendly (I've been struggling with a few steps on the other ones). Will update here after a few days. I want to lose 5kg before Durga Puja (Navartri). Pray for me.

      Nothing like that, I had my healthy food, said no to sugar, milk products and oil and drink as much of water thats what I did.

      Don't take break.whe.you get muscle pain. It will go in 3 days. I started before 3 days and till yesterday I had bad body pain. But it all gone. Today I did dance without any pain. If you take break it will come again. You have to beat that pain to get out of that. More power to you

    I completed 17 days today...... I am feeling so light but I don't know how much i reduce..... But dresses jo tight ho gai thi ab loose hone lagi h aur phle mirror dekhne ka man nhi karta tha body shape ki wajah se face bhi heavy ho gya tha but i am feeling more confident than before...... I hope i could get the best shape what i want...... Thanks Deepti ji....... I was faced by c-section for 3 times back to back within 4 years that's why body shape got worsed but now i am feeling well and I am sure i will get my previous body shape back ...

    Hey hi Deepti, I found this video randomly when looking for something to keep me fit. I am not a very physically active person. So I could only do it for 20 mins with you.       Not sure how old you are... Dont reduce too much.. for a height around 5.. 50kgs is reasonable. All the best !
