I'd really like to shut doors in zombies. However, it wouldn't make sense either way to the developers' perspective. As a zombies player, you understand you can manipulate zombies spawning with closing doors, but it may cause a lot of issues, and it will probably not happen as the feature would be too complicated if you think about it
There’s another one in shadows of evil, you can past the first ritual site and out of the spawn room by just jumping over the stair’s fence with the beast

Is it possible to get outside of spawn normally, without in Beast mode?
Because I'm sure there are tons more that are out there in maps.
Let us not forget doing the Beast from Beyond easter egg, N31L will close the doors to kill you or it can be usefull to camp.
