Being 8 months pregnant and with the baby weight and water retention my muscles (although get worked everyday) don't show like they normally do not pregnant. After this baby, and my hormones calm down those muscles will be popping again!!!!
I did this again today, 8/1. Didn't complete all the 30 day exercises (sinus) but will. Did this only once today but will go back and do it again today. 😊
Ill b doing one in about 30mins..! 🏋💪💖💃 Update: just did this on in rotation. Not as intense as the others but i loved it b'cuz it actually stretched out my muscles. Thank U Annie Momma! 😃💖💃💪👍
