I'm a professional in corporate America in my 30s and dont know anyone who spends more than 10/15 min on their make up. Appreciate these relatable videos.
3:20 YES!" Think what are the most important things... What makes you feel good like you again? What makes you feel confident? Stick to those things" THANK YOU. Women need to focus on Celebrating their strengths instead of looking for problems, And doing what they know is right for them. In every area of life. ❤ Such a great , helpful laid back no nonsense video, LOVE IT!
I cannot thank you enough for your fantastic information and channel. But most of all, not cursing. Imo that shows how intelligent you truly are. My Mother told me that as a child and I didn’t completely understand or appreciate what she meant until adulthood. Now, I’m 48 and I taught my daughter the same and I’m so thankful. Again, thank you!
I’m 30 and really don’t know how to do everyday makeup (I worked as a bottle service girl and gogo dancer all through my 20s so that’s all I really know how to do lol) so I LOVE your videos teaching me how to do practical daily makeup. Your advice is invaluable!!! You’re helping so many people 🤍🤍
Wow. I just finished this and I can’t believe how professionally done my makeup looks. I used all my own stuff but bought elf brushes to use instead of my fingers and used these stippling (?) patting techniques to apply and I’m blown away. Thank you so much!
I don't normally like sheer products but the way you are explaining how beneficial sheer products can be when your in a hurry makes perfect sense. I have a couple appointments and a meeting on Monday so I will need to be quick and efficient with how much time I spend on my makeup. I own a few sheer products that I don't use often but they will definitely come in handy on Monday. Thanks for the tips and tricks!
What a great video!!!! I would love to see a whole face using sticks! Foundation, blush, counter ect!! I don't know why but stick products really tend to be my favorite!!
Can you do a makeup look for older women with wrinkles especially around the eyes. You makeup looks great however us some women in menopause have issues with makeup settling in our lines.
Love Trinny London products, the colour match is bang on and the click together little pots are perfect to take in your handbag and there's no rummaging about. You just need the lip/cheek pot, the eyeshadow pot and the concealer pot. I'll now need to get the bronzer!
Nikki, I purchased your brushes,I can't wait to get them. You are the best. I watched you everyday. I have learned so much from you. You are so easy to follow how to apply makeup. I hope you can do classes in Connecticut some da May god bless you. Cindy
Woman…you are lovely! You explain things well. Pls do a short routine for mature skin. My skin is on the normal to dry side. I’m 58 yrs old and not so familiar w/ the newer products/companies (like not at all😂). I enjoy your videos❤
@@amandablandford3661 I saw her answer to this question in her q&a and it really disappointed me as she seemed so honest previously. She failed to mention her skincare, which would obviously be helping and also the Botox and fillers she obviously has too. I love her but it would have been good to have mentioned that instead of just saying it’s purely genetics 🙃
Your recommendation of the Dior Backstage Highlighting Palette is IMPECCABLE for a quick but beautifully polished look too. I'll always think of you when I use it!! 😎✌🏼💜💜💜💜
Found your channel yesterday. Enjoy and appreciate all the details you go into, techniques and tips. Very easy to understand. Am a fan now. Could you let me know the mirror you use and maybe provide a link? Thank you.
Glad you mentioned using the pressed powder vs the loose because I too have dropped the loose one all over me trying to get ready quick 😢so yes to pressed 😊❤
Thanks for another great tutorial Nikki. Do you happen to know a good dupe for the Kosas cloud powder?? Just not in a great financial position this year and really love that product but would love a cheaper version. Xx
I love your channel it has helped me so much with learning more about makeup and how it can form the face, one tip I learned from this video is how not to go crazy with a lip liner. I tend to stay away from lip liners since I feel it doesn't look natural but that was a great tip
Hey Nikki! I love your channel!! I was just wandering, would you ever consider doing a celebrity makeup inspired look? Like Priscilla Presley's 60s looks? It would be so cool to see how your doing it from a makeup artists perspective. Shes one of my biggest makeup icons, and I'd love to see how you'd do it!! Dont feel pressured though!! ❤❤
Nikki! I just recently discovered your channel and I loved your drugstore face brushes video. Do you have plans to make a video about your favorite eye brushes? I would love to see your preferred eye brushes and then suggest a more affordable option if it happens to be an expensive item.
Thank you Nikki for being so smart, so thoughtful so beautiful (inside, too) and so knowledgable about your profession! I love watching your videos and learn so much from them...(sometimes in the wee hours of the night, you help put me to sleep! LOL! and certainly not out of boredom!) Just a big thank you again for your wonderful tips and tricks.❤
Love your channel! I've been binge watching!!! I'm hoping to make a live!! I live in Germany and I'm going to set my clock!!!!!!! I was a model, occasionally I still am, and now I do theatre make up for my local theatre. I've won awards, and you wouldn't believe (or maybe you would) how some of the same techniques are used!!! I LOVE!LOVE!LOVE! your channel!!! Thank you for your teaching your detailed steps and tutorials, and most of all thank you for giving us your time and attention!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have 2 little babies under 2 but I really want to get back into enjoying doing my makeup again 🥰 I don’t have a lot of time in the mornings before they wake up so this tutorial was perfect! Thank you, I can’t wait to try and recreate tomorrow 😊
By far one of my favourite looks on you and this is my kind of make up, I find full on face make far too intimidating so for me this is perfect. I have learned so much from your videos so thank you for sharing your expertise with us. You have absolutely beautiful skin which always looks flawless, even before you start. Like you, I'm a serum and moisturiser freak as I don't like the look and feel of a full on foundation sitting on my skin. But I do have uneven skin tone. Thank you for also reassuring me that I don't need to go for a concealer that's 5 shades lighter and that skin colour is just fine.. I love all the different looks that you've done but as a brown skinned girl, I'd love you to show us how to make the best of our features and what products are best for darker skins, how to go about choosing with both high end and drug store options. There, I think I've just set you a challenge which I know you'll blast! Thank you again you're great to watch and learn from. Lots of love from the UK 🇬🇧 ❤️
I’ve been using this video as a guide the last few days and have been loving how my makeup looks all day long! Like you said - I tailored to my needs. I’ve been using Nars Light Reflecting for more coverage on the skin (I have rosacea) and doing minimal eyes/eyebrows (hooded eyelids and fairly full brows). KVD gel contour, Saie liquid blush, Nars soft matte concealer, benefit brow setter, kosas setting powder, and tower 28 mascara, and whatever lip oil. Maybe a lipliner and shadow stick if I want to elevate a bit! My new go-to! ✨
I just found you on UA-cam and am enjoying your videos! I'd love to see some content on your advice for the a 'more mature' make-up wearer! What worked for me in my 'tighter skin' years doesn't work anymore!
You’re absolutely amazing Nikki ❤ The more tutorials of yours I watch the more I adore you ❤ You’re such a lovely person and your voice is so calming and your skills are amazing ❤
Happy Saturday Nikki. Thank you for such great tips in a 10 minute very pretty look. Is the Tower 28 tinted moisturizer good for dry, more mature skin? I loved (so I thought) the CoverRx tinted moisturizer, but if I don’t apply a good amount of my moisturizer under it and a moisturizing SPF, it becomes very dry looking on my 61 yr old face. Thank you and can’t wait to hopefully catch your Live tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend!!
Hi Nikki - ❤ your channel! I’m old school and never used a brush to apply foundation- how often do you clean your brushes? Every time? Does bacteria build up? Thanks.
Hi I am 70 and it is very confusing looking for makeup I really enjoy your videos and your honesty what would you recommend for skin care and prep work and makeup any advice or suggestions would be so appreciated
I'm your new subscriber now lol I like all your videos and makeup tips. It makes makeup simple and not too over the top for me like some other MUA does. The ONLY issue with me is the eye makeup. I just can't get it to work because I have monolid and hooded because I'm in my 40s...
Great video! Makeup has been difficult recently and I’m assuming it’s only going to get worse as the summer months arrive. With all the pollen outside my allergies are going crazy (meds aren’t helping) and it’s become nearly impossible not to wipe half of my face off.🤦🏻♀️ If you have any tips I would love to hear them!
Girl, you are soooo pretty, your skin is amazing. I just started following you and I am hooked! Thanks for awesome makeup tutorials! ❤ I’m over 40 so some of the products don’t work for me bc they settle into my life lines 😉
Nikki your skin is flawless!!! I love tinted moisturizers. I use Saie but think I will try another brand. The Tarte glowing tinted moisturizer is so good. I think that’s what it’s called
in a hurry use powder foundation. I use it most days for work. I use Mac studio fix powder plus or tarte. Sometimes I just use Mac mineralize skin finish and that's all.
Hello Nikki, thank you for this great video ❤ I really like the Garlactik eyeshadow stick Nutmeg but I cannot get them here where I live. Do you have a good dupe recommendation, color wise and even quality? Thank you ❤

You are just so thorough. Love watching your videos. Thanks for all these tutorials. Now if you could only take 20 years off of me ha ha

you need to tell us about your skincare routine!Your skin is flawless
It’s natural from her mother, she has clear skin too 😊

Hi! I just found you last week and I love all of your tutorials! Is it possible to link your favorite brushes you would use with this as well? :)
Such a pretty and fast look. I need to grab some Girlactik products ASAP. Thanks Nikki!
I just got it- it’s lovely! FYI it does have a grape candy smell in case you don’t like scent
@@AmyOfEarth thanks! I don’t mind sweet scents.
That blush/highlighter duo is really pretty!
Essence brow mascara is a good option too. I love Trish McEvoy eye crayon in rose quartz for my fairer skin/ hair tone - never fails me x
Loved this but I’d love it simplified even more! Maybe something like a 5 step/products makeup routine? Or 5 mins?
I love your site, I am learning so much from your videos. I am 71 but love wearing makeup. Please do more videos on mature skin. thank you, Tina

do you have a brush recommendation for cream eyeshadow? :)

Great tutorial. Thank you!
I have a question for dry skin Would you use a hydrating primer with a dewy foundation or a matte primer with a dewy foundation?
As a beginner I LOVED this video and others. Thanks so much!❤
