Hello - I appreciate all the comments below are from a year ago. I do a lot of yoga and pilates and I often find the workouts a bit slow. This is a really great compliment to them. I particularly love the 20 to 30 minute workouts as you provide a really great workout during that time!
I have always said this and I stand by what I say, "Dancers make the best Pilates instructors." They understand the soul of a pose and perform it with grace and eloquence.

Great workout! Without knowing your full catalogue of videos, do you have a month long challenge or recommended series of videos to do over time to get fit? I’m aiming for a 4 pack not looking to model or anything.
Hi, please may I ask you two Qs? 1. Have you always been this trim or did working out help you to lose wt and look like this? 2. How long did it take you to reach this level of flexibility and fitness? How often did you do these moves weekly, and for many weeks/months/years before you reached the level you are at? I ask because it can be very disheartening for people trying to follow you and not achieving the moves that you do. But if they knew that it took you X amount of time, it can be more encouraging to know that, even for a person in your shape, it wasnt an instant achievement.
safi456 As a former professional ballet dancer, I’ve always lead an active lifestyle. However, that doesn’t mean that I didn’t struggle with my body and healthy eating habits...in fact, there was a long period of time where I was in a rather dark place. Being on a healthy sustainable path takes a lot of patience, effort, energy, drive, and consistency. Was I ever overweight? No. But I still know what it feels like to not be happy in your own body. There’s no one magical formula that works for everyone or a quick fix that’ll last forever. The best advice I can give to you is, make sure you’re fueling your body with good wholesome foods and try to do something physically exerting everyday. If my workouts are challenging, that’s okay! All the more reason to keep at it...and one day they won’t be so hard. You’ll eventually start to notice a difference in your strength and flexibility, but you have to remain consistent! I don’t know where you are fitness level wise so it’s hard for me to say how long it’ll take for you to notice a difference. That really shouldn’t be a concern though. Each time you exercise, you’re doing something wonderful for your body. The more you treat your body well by eating right and exercising...the faster you’ll see results. Hard work DOES pay off! Be sure you’re really tucking your tailbone under and feeling the “scoop” in your belly from engaging in your core by pulling your belly button in and up! Not tucking and scooping can put a lot of strain on your back. 🥰💖💪🏼

Diane Arnett Aww thank you so much for you kind words! 💕 One of the reasons why I love Pilates so much is a lot of exercises not only strengthen your body but also stretch it out. Of course if you really wanted to just focus on gaining flexibility, then I’d do actual Stretch videos. I always include some form stretching in each of my vids though...it is extremely important!
