I love love love this style of class! The HIIT with fluid Pilates moves always invigorates me and makes me feel so strong! Day 26 of the challenge and I think I never did this one before. I'm so glad I tried it because it was so complete, it was sweaty, challenging, fun and just amazing! 💞💞💞 My teaser is getting better and better every time and I think I'm progressing with those jumping butt kicks, I still feel like I'm flopping down or that my lower body is weighing me down but I felt I got better at them. 💪🏻🤸🏻♀️ This HIIT is definitely a new favourite, I will be repeating it for sure. ✨🔥✨

Thank you so much! I think my back flexibility and strength definitely come from years of dancing…but I noticed even more range of motion and strength when I started incorporating more prone exercises into my daily routine! Keep at it…practice makes progress! 🥰💖💪🏼
