    I love love love this style of class! The HIIT with fluid Pilates moves always invigorates me and makes me feel so strong! Perfect for high intensity, but most moves are low impact on the joints (or can be modified).This has been my favorite class out of the last few recent uploads (although all are fabulous!) - Thanks Desiree!!

    I have been doing one of your pilates videos everyday for the past few months and love them so much! As I suffer from chronic memory loss and processing ability from a chronic and degenerative neurological condition I am unable to follow or process any other workouts.     You come up with the most amazing moves that don't involve jumping and are so unique! I'm trying this one out in sections as I've had a month of inactivity due to some medical things and want to ramp back slowly. Well, I want to jump back in and be immediately in good conditioning, but that's not how it works. ;) I am SO inspired by you and so grateful that you share so many different classes and routines with us. 💗🥰

    Day 26 of the challenge and I think I never did this one before. I'm so glad I tried it because it was so complete, it was sweaty, challenging, fun and just amazing! 💞💞💞
    My teaser is getting better and better every time and I think I'm progressing with those jumping butt kicks, I still feel like I'm flopping down or that my lower body is weighing me down but I felt I got better at them. 💪🏻🤸🏻‍♀️
    This HIIT is definitely a new favourite, I will be repeating it for sure. ✨🔥✨

    That was a fast 30 minutes but kicked my booty. I really enjoyed it. Exercises are getting a little bit easier the more I work with your videos. Slow and steady. Clothes are fitting a bit better and the scales are showing a decline. I’m so thankful for your videos.

    Would you be willing to do some kind of "about me" video or one where you answer questions that people send in? That way you can only answer what you are comfortable with. I know a lot of people prefer to focus on their skills and content and not include their personal life. But if that's something you're at all interested in, I wanted to throw that out there. 🙂

I am a beginner but I must try to challenge my fitness and health.😂🤗🙏🏾 I did your 40 HITT Pilates video 4 times about two weeks ago 4 different days of course 😂 I had a week off due to family visits and a Birthday 🎉 but now I am ready!       Yesss, I'm on my period at the moment and will be doing the workout now! I think it depends on what you're comfortable with but it is definitely doable :)

    So I'm running my eyes over the workout before I start and I have to say how much I envy the power of your back. How did you gain that flexibility? Was it specific exercises (or) stretches that helped to increase your flexibility? Or was generally built (because) of your time training as a dancer?

      Thank you so much! I think my back flexibility and strength definitely come from years of dancing…but I noticed even more range of motion and strength when I started incorporating more prone exercises into my daily routine! Keep at it…practice makes progress! 🥰💖💪🏼
