I am on day two of the summer slim down challenge, and finding some "old" Desiree workouts. This is one of them and I love it so much. It is mind boggling how many high quality videos Desiree has consistently and generously put out year after year. Her attention to details and quality is unparalled. This workout is effective, fun, and unique. I love these ballet-inspired workouts which really set Desiree apart. I feel I had a strong workout but famine at the same time.

Hi! Absolutely loved that! 117 calories burned according to my Apple Watch and my booty is on fire. There was a difficult moment where I said out loud, "am I about to die?" and you said in the video at that exact moment, "this is what you gotta do if you want buns of steel!!!" 💘 you girl !! This was perfect !!! I love how it also had a little bit of Barre and ballet in it as well. Was a challenge but doable. BTW I smashed that 👍 button. Keep making vids. I take classes w the mn ballet but find online vids for when I can't afford to take class. ( Single mama ) I did ballet and en pointe on and off since childhood. Your classes and others that are free offer me a way to do that. So thanks again

@@DansiqueFitness I am doing ur challenge. Finally on week #4 lol !! Slowly but surely !!! I find other ballet barres to do online. I alternate with Barre one day and one of ur challenges the next. There is a lot of great ballet channels online but ur Channel is among my top 3 !!! Keep making vids Desiree! Gotta stay busy and in shape. Especially during this time !

Hey Desiree. I've been following your channel. I love your workouts. I have some of them in rotation. I am looking to tone and tighten but i notice you rarely use those words.... is this the only workout that tightens and tones and sculpts? losing weight is great but we all want a tight and toned and sculpted body... please advise

@@DansiqueFitness so im on the curvy side i would say size 12. i would like to get to a solid 8- that would be my dream size. however do i have to lean down to a ballerina side before i see the sculpting? in my perfect world i would lose weight while sculpting vs losing and then having to wait to sculpt-- i guess that was my concern with my previous concerns (see thread)

I have really big fatty legs, they r just fat. I'm otherwise slim on top. Will this workout help me lose thigh fat?
This workout will absolutely strengthen and sculpt your muscles. Unfortunately, we can't spot reduce fat. So you'll need overall weight loss and the best way to do that is to combine your targeted buns and thighs workouts (like this one) with cardio and HIIT workouts. That's the trick!
