Really well thought out tool that does what it says it does.

This technology may be new to the air-conditioning and refrigeration Industry but it’s been around well over a century in the oil and gas industry. The very first pigs were made of straw, barbwire & leather and when they sent it through the Pipeline it would make squealing pig sound & The name stuck ever since. Your tool is definitely the best I’ve seen so far in the air conditioning and refrigeration Industry. I would like to see it blow past a kink or obstruction further down the line ,say 50 or 75 feet . Of course it’s best to get the kink or obstruction corrected but sometimes they’re not visible so that’s why I’d like your test made with the kink further away . Definitely looks like you have a good product and I’m looking forward to making some test with it.

Great comment! And yes we've heard that from folks before that are/were in those industries. Not a new concept, newer to HVAC/R for sure but it works really well.
Bought this tool to actually test four hidden kinks in linesets. What happens if you use lower pressure. I think it would be neat to actually have something similar to test hidden linesets for kinks
It actually could be used for that as it is. Lower pressure would help.
No attachment for 1 1/8 ? I've seen the pigs for sale but is there a nozzle required as well or can use 7/8 nozzle then a reducer on 1 1/8 ?
We've heard there is a 1 1/8 attachment coming for the existing unit. If the pigs are already out there we must be close to getting it. This video was posted over a year ago when the tool was launched.

What about the kink being 50' down from the gun?
Shouldn’t matter. Also if you have a kink that bad anywhere in the lineset you’ve got bigger problems.
What if the lineset is 100 feet long
No problem. If you need more "umph" you can increase your pressure.
You can just buy the pigs as they call it, and just use 4300-51 Flush Gun and do the exact same thing.
Won't work the same. That doesn't provide enough pressure to push pig through
@@mcallistergroup9644 So if I hook that flush gun up to my nitrogen tank it won't push through? Yah ok.
@@wd8557 give it a shot and let us know. Problems we see with that working: Must keep the nose cone sealed by manual force, it not you won't have enough pressure. HLC007 clamps. The diameter of the tip on the 4300-51 is much smaller, again not allowing the same airflow as the HLC007 which would be the diameter of the the pipe.
