Bead Maker’s unique formulation allows for quick spray application. This time saving product uses binding polymer monomer technology to produce a water beading, brilliant, long lasting finish. Bead Maker may be applied to wet or dry vehicles and is safe to spray on all exterior surfaces. Bead Maker also includes UV protection.
What makes Bead Maker different is the surface migrating molecule that attaches to the paint surface of a vehicle. Once attached this molecule cross-links and polymerizes on the surface thus building a hydrophobic durable layer of protection. Cure time is essentially two hours depending upon ambient conditions. For optimal results, let the product cure for 8 hours. Real world durability is 1 to 3 months of protection.
APPLICATION: For the first application, mist the product thoroughly on the surface until it beads, then wipe using a microfiber towel, flip the towel, and buff to a bright finish. In more humid environments, apply less product on the paint, and more on the microfiber towel. During maintenance washes, you’ll then be able to use Bead Maker as a drying aid, misting just a couple sprays per panel and wiping using your microfiber drying towel.

tried it this summer ( 2018 ) .. was skeptical at first .. applied the spray and buffed etc . went inside for a few hours , came outside and literally stopped in my tracks and just stared at my truck .. shine like no other product i have used . never went anywhere else, bought 2 gallons online and could not be happier ..

I've found Zaino Z8 very finicky... streaks bad even with minimal use.. Z6 has been my go to gloss enhancer, but I want to try Bead Maker now.
You'll be amazed by using Bead Maker, well worth a try.
After watching your vids I bought some. Washed my car, applied product. Next day my dad asked what I used to wash my car? He never cares about washing his, he doesn't even go to a drive through car wash. He just drives.

BEAD MAKER, is the real deal. I've been using it on the Audi s for over a year and must say I love this stuff. Easy on and easy off. And in my case it lasts a good 3 months.

Bead maker has been a revelation for me. My go to prior to using this product was car pro reload. I would usually top it with Optimum spray wax. Bead maker blows it out of the water. After my initial application, my first reaction was WOW! The level of gloss was unbelievable. And as you mentioned, the slickness was phenomenal. Try it if you haven't, you won't be disappointed!

Great video, Pan. I ordered a gallon of Bead Maker, after seeing your last video about it. I received it a few days ago. I applied a coat to my 2018 Ford Focus RS. Although the car is fairly new, I've done a complete detail to it, including polishing the paint and application of a paint sealant. I must say that, after applying Bead Maker, the paint IS much slicker and glossier. The car is painted Fords Race Red color and now, it really pops! The water beading on the paint surface is absolutely amazing. I'm totally sold on this product and am grateful for your recommendation. Now, I need to the rest of my cars with this product. Keep up the great work!

Went through the first gallon (I'm taking care of three cars), bought another gallon.
This product continues to amaze. Your assessment of 30-60 day effectiveness is spot on.
We don't own exotic supercars. We have two Honda Accords and a Hyundai. I like to keep 'em clean and shiny. Bead Maker makes this a snap. Once the cars were clayed and given the initial heavy dose of Bead Maker, a light spritz after washing / rinsing is all that's necessary to restore the original gloss and slickness.
I wouldn't have known about this product if I hadn't seen this video. I appreciate your expertise and your ENTHUSIASM!!!

I bought two gallons of Bead Maker based on this video. Put two coats on per instructions. Let it sit in garage overnight. Never had a car look so nice. Like glass on the paint. Slick to the touch. Bead Maker easy to apply and now using as a drying aid. Live in Central Florida, no problem applying.

I have used BeadMaker once on a dry surface after washing with a decon wash to remove any previously-applied sealant. I let it cure afterwards for 10-12 hours. The slickness and gloss were amazing! I can feel the slickness when I open the driver's door. However, in 2 days there was a layer of dust on the paint. I have read about this before and suspect that the Beadmaker has a positive charge that attracts dust. I haven't used the product long enough to test out its longevity or UV protection, but it appears to be a great product at a very low price. I used about 10-11 oz. on my original application and look forward to using it frequently during maintenance washes.
Durability isn’t the strong point of this product. It lasts 3-4 weeks. Hence why people use it as a topper over existing protection. Where it shines and destroys its competition is for gloss and slickness which are undeniable. :)

Pan, love catching your team-up videos with the Rag Co.!! I'm a big fan of Optimum products, and find the beadmaker to be a great topper for Opti seal. Seems at first like overkill or redundancy, but it actually delivers a gloss and slickness that just doesn't happen with any other product. My ten yr old black Suburban has never looked so good!

Thanks Pan for your review. I purchased BM right after I saw this clip. I applied it to 4 vehicles. My 2018 GMC Pick Up with Plow, Wife's Cayenne Turbo, my Black 911 and M8 Harley Deluxe. All came out fantastic. I chose BM because I didn't want to strip down to bare paint. I keep my cars waxed and looking good. I chose to clay my pick up as it sits outside. I also felt a little texture on the Cayenne so I clayed it too. No alcohol prep, just cleaned the clay residue and applied BM as directed. Never seen anything like it. Gloss and Glide like no other. I took a bottle over to the Porsche dealer and they were blow away when they saw my 911. I use it as a drying agent now so the gloss remains a constant. Really, what more do you want?

I'm a fan of yours from the Philippines. I love your videos because of your expertise and honest opinion about the products that you used. I'm passionate about cleaning my own car, but I don't have the luxury of time due to the nature of my work and of course spending quality time with my wife and kids. I love using Chemical guys products.. last April, i had the time to polish my car, below are the things that I did.
- Wash thoroughly
- clay it
- applied CG all in one polish V04 using DA
- applied Gyeon prep to remove the wax and oil to prep the sealant
- applied CG Jet seal
- applied CG butter wax
to be honest, I'm satisfied.. but before that, I love using the Gyeon Cure.. I love this product because of the glossy look (better than CG Jetseal in my opinion), but it only lasts for about 1 month or 2.
My detailing world (If you can say that) is already crazy.. but become crazier when I heard about this P&S bead maker.. is it worth it to include in my arsenal. I don't do this for business but for personal used.. it's my passion...

Cheers for another great product review. I bought a new car a few weeks ago, and I've been investigating and trying out a number of the "Ceramic" and "SiO2" and hybrid products on the market, looking for exactly: Slickness, and Gloss. I love seeing a rich, glossy paint appearance, and the feeling of the cloth that wants to just slide right off the paint. But none of the "ceramic" type products gave me that. I tried Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic wax, Carpro Reload, Carpro Elixir, Luxxio Speedy Coating (A local NZ based SiO2 product), and Turtle Wax Ice Seal 'n Shine, but they all left the paint feeling "grabby" on a micro fiber cloth. Great hydrophobic effects from all of them, but I was still disappointed. (Cotton Terry cloths slip and glide nicely on the dry paint surface, but micro fiber cloths stay grippy/grabby.) Then I just saw your videos and Pan's videos on Bead Maker, so I've just gone and ordered a pint + a gallon of this, as I hope it will give me that slick, slippery feeling I'm looking for, as well as the rich glossy look... I don't care if the durability is only a month or two... My car is always garaged, and I will be snow foaming, and two-bucket washing every couple of weeks, and each time I wash I'll just dry off along with an addition of Bead Maker, so the endurance of the product shouldn't be an issue.

I have tried this (gallon size) and it's been raining the past few days here in Ottawa, Canada. My car is still pretty clean. It still feels so slick like oil on your paint even after the rain!!! The initial application does take about 8 oz. of product. I have used all sorts of paint sealants and waxes, some which do last up to a year, but are a pain to apply. This is by far the best in class for me. It's so easy to maintain my car now and it stays cleaner longer. Dare I say WAY BETTER than the overhyped Hydrosilex. Which I wasnt too impressed with. For the price of a 16 oz bottle of that stuff you get a GALLON of legit protection and no hype. They say it'll last 1 to 3 months and that's realistic. But I use it weekly so I keep that slickness and shine going!!! Thanks Pan for the review, it's because of this video I got to try this!!!

It used to take me literally 6 hours to detail the car before now its down to 2 hrs! (I'm also always looking to improve my methods as they might yield great results but they are time consuming) 😎
Bead maker is slick & glossy. I love that part. BUT!!! It also attracts and holds dust on your vehicle. I have a white corvette and it's not as noticeable. But on the Grey Camaro, it's really noticeable after one day. Sheez!!

Well, I'm looking at our daily driver, a SUV Denali and it's still shiny after I washed it two days ago. My SUV is light tone brown color and the dust is hardly noticeable. I like the product and will continue to use. I'll just wash or wipe if I see too much dust on the darker colored car.

Hey Pan. Just wondering which detergent you use to remove wax/sealant from your towels. Great video as always!
Good morning Pan...Over the past couple of days I prepped my truck after the winter. Last year, after polishing, I applied two coats of Opti Gloss coat and I topped that with several coats of Chemical guys 50/50 paste wax throughout the summer. This year after a strip wash and a cleaning with a clay mitt I applied a coat of Angel Wax master sealant which I topped with Wolfgang Fusion Paste wax..the truck looked awesome and the surface was slick..or so I thought...after watching this video I decided to top all that off with Bead Maker...Unreal how slick the paint feels and how glossy it looks... I 'm not sure of the longevity nor do I care. Too many people think there is some miracle spray that is gonna last for years..I certainly don't believe that. You have to be realistic and properly maintain your paintwork. This product, I have no doubt will help do that. As usual, excellent video...
Thanks for the feedback! Bead Maker wasn’t engineered for durability. It lasts 1-2 months at best. Where it destroys the competition is the insane gloss and slickness.
One note though for your knowledge. If you applied Optimum Gloss Coat, that’s a ceramic coating. Do not apply waxes on top of ceramic coatings!! They aren’t compatible with coatings, so they will shed off after one week. You’re wasting product and time. Plus, the waxes will mask the hydrophobic properties of your coating so you’re canceling the effects of a proper ceramic coating.
There are some waxes that are compatible with ceramic coatings. Those waxes are SiO2 infused. AngelWax Enigma, Adam’s Ceramic Wax, etc.
Also, you shouldn’t be claying a consumer grade coating as you’ll be destroying that coating.

If my base coat is a sealant that I would normally redo in 6 months or a ceramic coating I would normally redo in 2 years, does using this once a month extend those times for redoing the base coat protection?
Scott V detailer told me yes it will extend the life of the base coating of CERAMIC coating. He didn’t say anything about any other base protectant. As far as how much longer I doubt much at all. I just see it as an enhancer.
Btw ceramics hardly last 2 years. It all depends on the variables. Environment, is it a DD, other toppings, etc.
Purchased Bead Maker after watching your video a couple years ago and have never looked back. I apply it as a topper over Meguiars Ultimate Wax. As a car care enthusiast, I find the product easy to apply, economical to use, delivers excellent results, and is a great value compared to similar products. My cars and Harley Davidson Tri-Glide paint finishes and chrome look stunning and receive many complements. Thanks.

Hi, I have used this recently and this product is FANTASTIC.....I have had so many comments from people asking who professionally detailed my vehicle...I must say, preparation is the key before applying BEAD MAKER....thoroughly wash your vehicle and even clay bar it prior....this will make all the difference...take your time in the prep work and trust me you wont be disappointed... Why him specifically?
I don't really care what others think. What matters to me is testing a product for weeks and months sometimes, and coming to my own conclusions. I like making my own unbiased opinions about products, tools, equipment, etc. Then I report back to my viewers. If it works well for me, in my world, in my conditions, I can rest assured that my viewers will probably like it too.
If it's of any importance to you, my friend Matt Moreman, from Obsessed Garage, loved it too and he now carries it in his store. It's legit.
That IK mini sprayer is awesome, I don't have that one yet but I have their mini foamer as well as the IK Foam 9 which holds 1.3 gallons of product.
As far as the P&S Beadmaker goes, I expect my bottle to ship out tomorrow. I'm going to wait to use it on my car as I literally just applied Gyeon WetCoat on it this past Friday night, maybe I'll do half of my wife's hood so I don't have to wait so long for the "experience" that is Beadmaker😌
Ive been cleaning and detailing cars sine 1986 and i have never come across a product quite like P&S Beadmaker. I used it as a topper on my navy blue metallic 02 Trans Am Firehawk SLP and the only way to descrice the removal of tbe product with my microofober was like pouring oil on the paint then smearing it around with the microfiber. Ive used top of the line waxes and sealants (Pinnacle, Wolfgang) and they are not even in the same ballpark as Beadmaker. Within two plus hours of curuing time my paint looks like it was just brand new showroom reflective. For the cost and ease of application and removal this is a MUST product for any car enthusiast. I still kept going into my garsge throughout the day and turning on the lights and was in awe of tbe shine and slickness of the paint.

I used ps bead maker for a post coin operated manual wash drying aid. This is on a 2019 RAV4 deep black. Highly recommend. Using Griots drying towels x 3. Looks great immediately.
I've been using bid Maker on my black Nissan GTR for probably 5 or 6 years. It is the greatest product I can't even tell you how incredible the car looks and how it feels you virtually slide off if you have a rag. In your hand you wanna lean on the car you're gonna fall right off? It's unreal.

Great Video Pan, hope that was orange juice you drank. I have CarPro Ceramic UK coating on my Macan GTS. I recently washed and recoated with Reload. After seeing your video on Bead Maker, I purchased it. Next time I wash the vehicle, do I apply Reload and then Bead Maker, or do I skip the Reload?

I've been using P&S BM for 3 months and I love it! But so far there's one thing I don't like with the product after applying it: it attracts bugs like flies and bees. The bugs like the smell 😂

Pan, I applied it to my Black 1957 Chevy, using the instructions you stated. The prior protection was Maguaris Synthetic Wax. It looks and feels just as you said. I applied it to the clean surface as the finish was already spotless.

Does it prevent water spots on your ceramic coating? I am thinking about using the cquartz uk 3.0 and this like pan, but I have DARK red vehicle, almost Black and want to avoid water spotting with ceramic coating.

KRZEE-8 Scatpack did it perform as well as the ceramic coating as far as keeping it clean? Gloss is nice but I don’t want to lose the paint protection.

It always makes me think of oasis, same color and same smell. Have been using it for over a year, I always apply wet, spray off, then dry. Might try wiping and see if it’s even better. Love this product!

lol best intro I've ever seen for a detailing product. This video made me purchase beadmaker, which just now became available in Europe. It is indeed a great product. I've watched most of your videos now and although I love them I have to say that you very rarely say anything negative about products which can be a bit frustrating.
Just applied Bead Maker by hand for the first time about 1.5 hours ago. Temperature is 40-50 F and a sunny day. Seems to leave streaks. I'm trying to rub it more to clear it up.
Just my first time and i will try several more times before I give up. It really has such promise for the DIY.
That is quite a cold day. You're at the limits of the temperatures I recommend for applying paint protectants outside. I don't go below 50F (10C). If you're getting streaking, you're applying on surfaces that are too cold, or you're overapplying. Try applying less, or wait for hotter days. Also avoid working in direct sunlight, same advice for any paint protection product.

Ok so I just found out I haven’t been using bead maker correctly but even with that it’s been coming out amazing I can’t wait to see the results when I use it’s full potential
I applied it just before winter, garaged my car and its still working as of yesterday. Still beading. Was asked what I used? Just rinsed my car off with water and towel dried as it was lightly dusted from the garage.😉 so yes, Pan its an amazing product,thanks for the heads up.

I have a 2012 Black Sapphire Metallic E92 335xi ....Im a avid user of Polish Angel Products which I truly consider top shelf pro level quality finishing and protecting products. I tried Bead Maker and this stuff is very very good! Leaves a major level of gloss on the car something similar to a freshly ceramic coated finish. The slickness of the paint is truly amazing and the over all finish and look of the paint is deep rich n gives that wet gloss. The major thing to realize is that you get an exceptional level of performance with and almost unreal level of easiness. This stuff is literally as easy to use as a simple spray on wipe off quick detailer with the result of a newly coated finish at a price you wont beat

Pan TheOrganizer Now I’m stuck with a large variety of very expensive polymer and carnauba waxes! 😆 Never in my life would I have imagined that a product like this could beat them all in clarity, reflection and slickness. Since I’m not one who believes in 6 month durability for any waxes, it makes the Bead Maker a no brainer for regular use and optimal protection.
I’m sold PAN. I bought a gallon. Can’t wait to use. Best from Denver Colorado.

I have been using this product for about 5 months now. I love this product and it smells good too. I advise putting it on in the shade or a garage, not on a hot car. Takes about 10 minutes to put on a full car. It goes on super easy and has a nice shine. Usually it will last a few months. I use the Costco yellow micro fiber towels. I love those towels both the Bead Maker and the towels are at a great price point. I buy the gallon size Bead Maker and with the Costco towels I make sure I cut the white lables out before I use them.

Been using this on my 93 Allante...i sat a towel on the hood while I wiped down my 09 XLR-V...the towel slid right off because the paint is so slick!
Personal experience after spraying onto panel I let it sit for maybe 30 seconds till it starts beading on itself seems to really work well

Hello Pan, i jave just applied 2 coats of the new fusso soft 99 dark to my black car, would you recommend putting this bead maker ontop or just after washing etc. I have just received my bead maker today. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Just one negative to report on a 16oz. bottle of Bead Maker. I had to replace the original spray top because it did not mist nicely, it was very sloppy. So I put on a nice Turtle wax spray nozzle & then enjoyed using this product. Other that that, I love it, super results. Thanks

Oh your welcome, I've had this nozzle problem with other brands, so it's not really a game changer. For me I find Turtle Wax spray products really have the best stock nozzles. I save them always, they mist really nice & hold up great.
But Bead Maker for me has ridiculous gloss and slickness.
I love using Bead Maker, it really helps my car's paint stay clean. Great Gloss & Slickness.

Dude, i just washed my car for the first time after applying the Fusso coat! I used auto fanatic 007 snow storm. After all summer of watching your videos I've seen plenty of examples of water beading and sheeting on the screen, but to see something like that on my car for the very first time in person is INSANE!! I was laughing i was so excited. Btw, the purpose of the wash was to apply bead maker afterwards, which i did. I cannot wait until tomorrow morning!!

Just tried Bead Maker. This stuff is crazy. It's hard to make white paint pop and our white Tiguan looks amazing. We have a layer of Avalon King under it.
