Your little kiddly widdlies are going to be awestruck by these beautiful colors. Congratulations to a new Grammy. I say that with grandchildren, it’s like you get your own little babies back with all of the fun and none of the work.
What a perfect trifecta, your daughter is a new Mommy, you are a new Nana and your lovely granddaughters will have a gorgeous piece of Nana’s art in their nursery! Congratulations!!
CONGRATS on becoming a grandma! Best job in the world and our reward for surviving the teenage years!! My daughter had a daughter and I cried with joy and sorrow. Sorrow knowing all the hardship she will go thru in raising a child. Very cool tutorial. Thank you, debs from Texas
Oh, CONGRATULATIONS on your twin granddaughter's and CONGRATULATIONS to your daughter & hubby!!! This is such a fun and vibrant painting, LOVE IT & it's going to be wonderful in a child's nursery!!! So grateful you shared!!! Sending blessings!!!
First and foremost,CONGRATULATIONS on becoming a Nana! That's the best name you can be called. You will have so much fun!! The girls will come to cherish your great painting.
Gorgeous... It's insane that I have just watched you create that before my eyes but I cannot wrap my head around how beautiful it is.. Thank you so much for sharing.
Just realize this was 3 yrs ago. So your grands must be about 3 yrs old now. I'll bet you are having great fun with them. ❤❤❤ And old enough to see this video of grandma mak8ng their beautiful picture.
Hello from Titusville! I know I am late to the party, but this is beautiful! Just ordered my first set of paints and can't wait to try this. Hope you and yours have a blessed Holiday season!
Merci Teresa pour cette vidéo, pour l'enseignement clair et le temps passé à ce partage. C'est magnifique ! Je débute avec les encres à alcool et je vais partir à la recherche de verres avec un fond lourd, probablement chez Emmaüs. Bien cordialement, Marie-Christine, Palavas-les-Flots, France
Teresa... I love your creativity... beautiful colors! From one Nana to another congratulations x two... how awesome 👶🏻 👶🏻 🍼 🍼 Think of all the fun you’re going to have creating art with the girls one day 🥰
Congratulations nanna! what a joy I have 5 from 12 to 1 year. Your artwork is STUNNING and so inspiring. Thank you for such a wonderful tutorial and may you have lots of nanna/babies time may it be filled with love, joy and lots of smiles.
Yupo is a non-absorbent paper so the alcohol sits on top without soaking in so it can move around and make the lovely gradients. I've heard that there are different brands of non-absorbent papers, even stone papers! But i haven't tested them myself in order to compare 👍
Hi Theresa-Congrats on your new grandbabies!! I also just got a new grandbaby (#5 for me) and I made a AI lampshade for her nursery, it came out awesome. I want to try the circle technique and was wondering if you could just leave the glasses on the paper for a few hours until it dries by itself? Or will it stay wet under the glasses for a long time?
I found this video because it popped up in my suggested videos. I didn't know what to expect but was completely surprised by your technique. I've been working with alcohol inks for about 15 years and have never seen anything like it. It's wonderful! I'm now a subscriber and am headed to Facebook and Instagram to join the fun! Thanks for the inspiration 😊.
Hi Teresa, what type of board or paper are you using for such a large piece of work? This is beautiful😃 I’m trying circles tomorrow. You are an excellent teacher.
Congratulations, Nana! I saw the babies on Instagram. They're perfect! Love the painting too! I took a class on how to do this. She actually leaves the bowls/glasses overnight to dry.
Thanks so much, This is how I make my Circles you can check out some of my other tutorials.... Or feel free to paint how you would like.... I will be turning this painting into bubbles on my next video.🖌🎨
I have a wand heat gun.... would that still work? Or do you like you hair dryer more because of the power? Also, did I miss what the pen/ release was that you used. The bowls stick. We used small plexi sheets. Trying to make stain glasses for a class project for the classroom.
I am using a blow dryer called, volume series by con air hot air one and a 1/2 inch curling brush. I do not use a heat gun because it will warp the yupo paper. If you are doing the some plexiglass a heat gun will work. Just make sure you work in a well ventilated area if you are doing thus with several people or yourself.🖌🎨🌈 Hope this helps.😉
I just LOVE this!! The colour combination, the placement of the circles - thanks so much for sharing. Now I'm off to the thrift store to buy circles - er, bowls & glasses :)
Beautiful!! Would love to see more but not everyone has instagram or face book so it would be nice to see the finished product right here. Love these colors!👍🏼
First, congratulations on your twin grandchildren! What blessings you have! Then I have to tell you how wonderful this video is and how easy you made it seem, telling us step-by-step everything you did. I haven't started with alcohol inks yet but I'm going to definitely dive in with both hands (instead of feet)! Thank you! 💜
That will look beautiful on the girl’s wall. Thanks for sharing your technique. You’re much more brave than I. Any time I use tertiary colors it ends up with lots of brown, so I was holding my breath when I saw orange and green in your palette! You did a great job keeping them away from their opposite primary colors. Cannot wait to see the finished painting!
Very cool! I'm going to suggest you edit out the blow dryer noise and overdub your description of your processes. shorter videos will allow those of us with shorter attention spans than others. Your work is interesting, simple, attractive, and unique. I'm diggin' it Babe!
So pretty! What size tip are you using for your white Posca pen? You're getting such bright, consistent lines! I have the extra fine and fine points and I sometimes find they skip or don't give me as nice lines as yours.
Thanks so much I'm glad you like the tutorial, I do use a variety of sizes with the Posca pens. 🖌🎨 I keep a paper towel on the side to dabbed onto, Maybe this will help. 😉 🌈🌈🌈
Your little kiddly widdlies are going to be awestruck by these beautiful colors. Congratulations to a new Grammy. I say that with grandchildren, it’s like you get your own little babies back with all of the fun and none of the work.

This is the way I have always painted the circles so I'm not sure of the answer to your question.😉 It would have to eventually dry though.🖌🎨
I love those vibrant colors!!!!
Wow I love it. Congratulations on the birth of your grand babies.
Thanks so much I really appreciate it.🖌🎨🥰🥰🌈

Hi Teresa, what type of board or paper are you using for such a large piece of work? This is beautiful😃 I’m trying circles tomorrow. You are an excellent teacher.
something not closed might work good too, like a cut off plastic botles, from both sides. the insides would then dry too, and you could work with them
I'm inspired. These colors are so beautiful and bright!
Thanks so much I'm so glad you enjoyed the tutorial.🖌🎨🌈
