Dr please tell in my period blood I have clear watery and jelly type something . First two days is more with period blood is it harmful please tell I am so scared

Because my sysolic (the high number reading) and diostolic (low number) has been a bit high. So I've cut a lot of salt out of my diet and am exercising three times a week now. Papaya also good for arthritis.

Hi, Dr. Frita, if you were to recommend the top 4 fruits (not including bananas or grapefruit) what would you recommend? Sometimes it's very expensive to buy fresh fruit, plus I live by myself and fresh fruit goes off so quickly I hate wasting it. Thank you from Ireland 😊
I like how you mentioned not every fruit is for everyone, i cant do bananas and other high fructose fruits because of blood sugar, avocados are the best!
So like so many videos out here, they tell us what to use to help our health but never say how to use it. How much should we eat these foods a day or week or month, also how long before we can see results.

That's roughly normal. Blood pressure between 120/80 to 140/90 is actually normal. Higher than that is where you encounter serious issues. You're hovering near high blood pressure though and should lower it asap.

What about blood sugar levels spiking from eating pineapple, bananas,watermelon. If you are on blood pressure medication should grapefruits be eaten. Thank you
Watermelon takes my blood pressure down significantly! Once I discovered this I keep Watermelon at home all the time.
So many of these fruits are very high in sugar and if you are a Diabetic 1 or 11 you need to check them out carefully and not eat with great abandon. Many people with diabetes can also have kidney issues and excess sugar can do further harm. They are all so delicious but knowing how much to eat and which ones to eat sparingly is very important . You are correct about pineapple, bananas and watermelon. I eat grapefruit at the opposite end of the day and take my blood pressure medication at the other end. As long as there is at least 6 hours separation you are not doing harm. Just never take them at the same time. Grapefruit intensifies the effects of blood pressure medication. I would not take any medication the same time that I eat grapefruit.

If you combine pineapple and banana in a smoothie with some sort of greens, spinach, kale, watercress, whatever the blood sugar spike is greatly diminished.

If your dealing with high BP and managing blood sugar...berries have the lowest amount of sugar. Also though not a fruit beets are really good for lowing BP.
What fruits are good to add magnesium to our bodies?
What about cantaloupe?
