This is exactly what I expected. PLA is quite hygroscopic during the production. The finished product hardly takes on moisture. PLA filament does degrade a bit over time, but not in a month. After one or two years the filament gets more brittle. It is still good to print with. Result will be almost the same, but your filament may break if it has to make tight curves. High speed PLA filaments contain some additives, which differ from each produces. In most cases this only makes degrading less. Only a few brands however use a hygroscopic additive.
PLA is best kept in a stable environment without UV light. Then you kan keep it in good condition for years. Drying PLA is not needed at all.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience 🙏. My tests show this, especially if you have a good 3D printer. The mechanic features are weakened rapidly, especially if the sun is exposed to.

It was a nice test video. I have PLA filaments that I have kept in my closet for more than a year and I still can print without problems. But I liked Creality's new filament dryer. It will probably have a positive effect on the pressure results.

Thank you, filament dryers definitely have a positive effect 👍

Very nice video, you should do the same for other filaments. For example PETT-G or TPU.

În the beginning I thought he used an AI voice. Good video.

The video is dubbed by AI, but it does this by cloning my voice as well. I used my own voice, but you have the opportunity to choose a different voice if you wish. You can try it on Heygen.com.
