Mosquitos love blood that is deficient in Vitamin B, specifically B5. Take a good Complex Vitamin B supplement (increase the dosage during mosquito season).
1:30 is finally when the intro ends!
Great info and explanation! I enjoyed this so much! Thank you!
Omg she talks too much! 😑 for anyone that wants to get to the point video starts at 4:09
Hahaha true that
Not all heroes wear capes.
thank you
Thank you. She is quite the talker.
Many videos are great and helpful on UA-cam, but Wow do many folk go Over the top!
Putting tape over the label to make it waterproof ....OMG!
How about putting it in 98 plastic bags to also protect it!
I guess she means well though! 😰😰 ....lol
Very good
Thank you for the helpful advice sister; God bless.
Hello! What is Witch Hazel? What can be a substitute for it if that product is not available in my country?
Karolina, ignore the rude comments. I thought this video was great ♥️ I liked all your info about the different essential oils and which bugs they repel 💕 people are hateful for no reason so for that, I’m givin’ you a like! 👍
3:17 and you would miss this important info, it’s also good to be safe and research which ones are safe for pets
Nicholl Kaput thank you Nicholl 💕💕💕
thanx .
What can be a substitute for witch hazel? Will ethyl alcohol do? Thanks.
geranium oil stinks like straight-up chemicals or at least all the ones I've ever smelled do! What brand oils do you use?
I Thank you for your video is very educative but can you help list all the oils you know that are good for mosquito repellent and how they can be mixed for effective use at home.
lemongrass is good
Is this safe to use on the face too?
How about neem oil and tree tea oil
At 4:08 finally the recipe
Moving right along to another video that doesn't take 27 minutes to get to the recipe...
MsShurtado are you stupid or just an asshole? The video is only 6 minutes long and doesn’t just give you a recipe for you to mindlessly make. She gives useful info that some of us actually appreciate having.
How about Oeregano???
Hi, thank you for the information. It will be very helpful. But may I know how long is the effect of this natural bugs spray?
How many hours will it last?
I have a tiny issue here in UK with a few small bugs, I put a few neat drops of Lavender oil on the edge of the carpets.
I guess I'll have to keep doing it every few days, problem is .....it may help issues but their is always other problems caused by it!
Lavender oil helps relax people, but it also gives people strange dreams!
Essential oils are All mood altering oils, some will make you feel Highper, some will Relax you and make you feel Calm, some will make you feel Horny .....No idea what people do when that happens! 😊
TINGTING PARUNGAO I use these while working in the woods doing security. I feel like this runs out after an hour. But a much healthier alternative
I'd love this essential oil combo except it's extremely toxic to cats. My daughters cat licks her skin every time he's picked up
OMG why is her intro to 4:05 whaaaaaaat!
Why the witch hazel??
can i just use one kind of the stated essential oil at 45 drops? i am simply not sure what the stated concoction would smell like and am not really interested in experimenting with various combinations of these. Just want something that works as a mosquito repellent and that I know I already like all by itself; such as lavender or lemongrass. btw, can I just use eucalyptus or peppermint on their own for this application? Thank you very much in advance.
You can try it! You can't use the essential oil on its own if you're putting it on your body, needs to be mixed with a carrier oil! But you can try just one scent, it may not be as effective though! This insect repellent smells really good though and I make a new batch every year!
is lemon eucalyptus a plant or one essential oil or a combination of lemon essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil
I have the two essential oils and need advice if I should go ahead and buy the lemon eucalyptus or to simply combine the two to make it
You can definitely just combine your two, put in some lemon essential oil and put in some eucalyptus essential oil. Both are great for repelling mosquitoes and other bugs. The lemon eucalyptus blend is a combination of the two but also has citronella essential oil in it as well, so the lemon eucalyptus blend contains 3 essential oils in one.
Fun Ghoul lemon and eucalyptus are separate and they work amazing:)
Fun Ghoul but they can also be together as an essential oil
KarolinasKrafts love your bug spray label!
thank you so much!! :D
I am a guy. Bug bites just bug people. Here I am.
But how to use the spray? Do we have to apply it on the skin or around the house or what?
On your skin
Does this stain clothes since oil is in it?
it hasn't stained mine! there's not a lot of oil in it, just a few drops :D
Why didn't you mention spiders?
Can it repel all kinds of insects
Yes
Are essential oils for dogs?
some people use them with dogs but pleasse do your research before you do so
I am a veterinary technician, please do not use essential oils on your pets, they are not safe for them.
Cats and dogs can be very sensitive to essential oils and have allergic reactions and develop respiratory issues.
Please ask your vet first 💗
Is it safe for pets?
I don’t put this on my dog. It’s something you’d have to look up based on the ingredients that go on it to see if it’d be okay to use on your pets.
Patchouli....great for flys. Not so great for 60 yr old female hippys in the gym.
Lmao
haha
Has anyone else questioned just how "natural" essential oils are? Sure they are derived from a natural source like everything else, but they have been processed into mega concentrates nature never provided. What is natural about that?
The benefits are incredible tho
@@weezyywayne - and the risks are real.
@@robertolson3115 what are the risks? Educate me please I just really started using them this year
@@weezyywayne - According to poison control data it appears that severe skin burns is the most common risk. There is also a risk to pets. Cats in particular have died from essential oils and they can harm dogs. There is debate about EO's being hormone disruptors when 2 young boys experienced gynecomastia. Their Endocrinologist ordered them to stop the products with EO's and the the feminization went away. You may also be interested in exploring the criminal past of Gary Young who was the father of the essential oil craze. I promise you wont be bored. You might be interested in the story of Stacey Haleka. She was badly injured by essential oils. She eventually wrote a book called the untold truth of essential oils. I never read the book but was already aware of her story and saw her photos of the damage. That should give you enough key words to get started. Hope this helps. Take care
@@robertolson3115 thanks for the info. I know there are some I have that have warning labels that they are not for massages at all but strictly diffusers. But good to know about the pet thing. Thanks.
Way way way tooooooo much talking!!!!!!-!!!!!!!
@@joshbeck1456 lmao
You talk too much
