You know, this video fails to point out that every gesture shouldn't be read so much into. For example, I have a habit of crossing my arms when someone is telling me something. It's just something I do to tell my body not to make a move and actually pay attention to what is being said to me. It helps me think more because my arms act as a sort of 'blockade', so that I do not act or respond until I have processed all information and actually considered my options carefully.

When I see someone with gripping their hands behind their back, crossing their ankles, hands in their pocket, clasping their hand, elbows on the table fingers laced together, hand reaching toward me, hands on their hips,hitch hiker's thumb, or hand covering their mouth I'm not the least bit offended or not want to be with that person. So why would they feel negative toward me if I subconsciously did those things.

It is better to keep your hands in your pocket than touching others.
Only applies to people perfectly comfortable in their own skin. ALOT of these things are done if you're self conscious about their body. Legs crossed while standing.slouching to cover your stomach.lots of reasons for these things in my opinion ,not always true.closed lipped smile insecure about teeth.. many more as well!
