10 MIN SUMMER BOOTY WORKOUT | Round & Lifted Bubble Butt | Eylem Abaci

  • The 4rd part of our summer series is here!♥︎ This workout targets the glute muscles: it lifts your booty and makes it look rounder. If you want to grow a bubble butt, you can do this workout with a booty band and ankle weights - works perfectly! But of course, you don't need any equipment to feel the effects. Do it regularly and you'll see the results very fast! Ready for summer? 🥰☀️
    ▪️ Intensity: Medium
    ▪️ Recommendations:
    • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
    • Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
    • Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
    • For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.

    Day 1:i definitely struggled in the kicks🙈..but the rest were pretty easy and i didn't need to pause the video;)
    No pain no gain!

    Can this workout make my thighs bigger? I want to keep my thin thighs 😅

      No, they wouldn’t. They focus on your butt and burn fat in your thighs. They can’t make your thigh bigger but they will burn the fat in your thigh.

      No. If you do a lot of exercises you can achieve it, but weightlifting gives faster results.
