doing this for 2 weeks straight ! day 1 ✅ day 2 ✅ day 3 ✅ my abs hurtt and this is such a workout, no visible changes yet day 4 ✅ it was easier today ! but i still struggle on planks its my weakness 😫 so far still no major visible difference, it definitely de bloated me a little though ! day 5✅ it was still a bit hard ! i have been noticing i’ve been getting a bit of a hourglass figure but hasn’t flattened my stomach yet. UPDATE: im switching to a different workout ! i feel like this isn’t as effective
Doing abs every day is not the solution. 3 times a week is completely enough. A muscle needs recovery. When you work a muscle, you break its fiber. We need at least 24-48 hours for the fiber to rebuild itself through food and especially sleep. Abs are like other muscle groups, overworking them doesn't make them grow any faster. To thrive they need stimulation and recovery. So doing abs 2-3 times a week is more than enough. End change doesn't happen in a week
@@margauxalexandre6874 Exaxtly! My solution to this has been to work two muscle groups at a time, and switch it up. I’ll do abs and legs, then next day legs and arms, then arms and abs. I work out one muscle group two days in a row but not more, and i don’t exercises every day, sometimes i workout many days in a row and sometimes i have up to maybe 3 days without any workout. It’s very flexible and i always take note on what muscle groups i exercise on what date. Consistency and patience is the key to results. And this way i make sure my muscles get the rest they need.
For those who wondering it works or not let me tell u it works.I have tried it and man it burns like hell but I assure u it will eventually become better

Trying this workout for 2 weeks Day 1: it really burned but in a good way Day 2: my obliques really felt it!😂 IM GOING TO START SAYING HOW MANY CALOIRES I EAT IN A DAY JUST SO PEOPLE KNOW. TW. Day 3: my abs definitely feel the burn!! I’m going into london today so will do a lot of walking Calories : 1231 burned: 2136 Day 4: I think my abs are getting a bit more defined Calories : 1,167 Burned: 2,101 Day 5: definitely seeing results my lower abs are more defonded!! Day 11: my abs are still burning hahaha
