- Every single body is beautiful, it's just a matter of your point of view.♥︎ But we all know those beauty standards... slim waist and toned ab lines! I would never tell anyone to stick to those standards, but if you feel more healthy, confident and beautiful by looking like that - why not? I personally love defined abs because it looks so strong and sexy. This workout will help you to tone and strengthen your core muscles and burn fat. Hope you like it. :)
▪️ Intensity: Medium/Intense
▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.

For those who wondering it works or not let me tell u it works.I have tried it and man it burns like hell but I assure u it will eventually become better

day 3 ✅ my abs hurtt and this is such a workout, no visible changes yet
day 4 ✅ it was easier today ! but i still struggle on planks its my weakness 😫 so far still no major visible difference, it definitely de bloated me a little though !
day 5✅ it was still a bit hard ! i have been noticing i’ve been getting a bit of a hourglass figure but hasn’t flattened my stomach yet.
UPDATE: im switching to a different workout ! i feel like this isn’t as effective
Doing abs every day is not the solution. 3 times a week is completely enough. A muscle needs recovery. When you work a muscle, you break its fiber. We need at least 24-48 hours for the fiber to rebuild itself through food and especially sleep. Abs are like other muscle groups, overworking them doesn't make them grow any faster. To thrive they need stimulation and recovery. So doing abs 2-3 times a week is more than enough. End change doesn't happen in a week
@@margauxalexandre6874 Exaxtly! My solution to this has been to work two muscle groups at a time, and switch it up. I’ll do abs and legs, then next day legs and arms, then arms and abs. I work out one muscle group two days in a row but not more, and i don’t exercises every day, sometimes i workout many days in a row and sometimes i have up to maybe 3 days without any workout. It’s very flexible and i always take note on what muscle groups i exercise on what date. Consistency and patience is the key to results. And this way i make sure my muscles get the rest they need.

I agree. Starting at about 5:00 with “hundreds” and then the upside down leg press did not seem very ab intensive.

5 gündür falan aynı kanalın farklı bir bel egzersiziyle farklı bir kanalın bel egzersizini yapıyordum. Biraz da diyet yapıyordum. İncelme varmış gibi hissediyorum ilk başladığım güne göre şimdi giydiğim pantolon daha az sıkıyor. İşe yarıyor yani.

Güzel bir çalışma. Ama nefesi Düzenlemek için hareketler arasında 1 dakika ara verilmesi süper olurdu.
1.gün: Bel:69 cm,ilk gün olduğu için biraz zorladı ama devamı gelecek.👍
2.gün:Bugün hareketler benim için daha rahattı ama karın bölgem inanılmaz yandı,bu da demek oluyor ki işe yarıyor. 1.haftanın sonunda bile baya etkisinin olacağını düşünüyorum.👍
3.gün:Bugün pek yanma olmadı açıkçası,birkaç gün sonra hareketler tekrara düşmesin diye başka videolarını da yapacağım ama açıkçası baya yararlı olacak.👍
4.gün:1 gün arayla tekrar devam ettim,fark ettim ki yanma olmamasının sebebi hareketleri pek düzgün yapamayışımmış😀👍.Arkadaşlar cidden inanılmaz etkili ama zaman geçtikçe ve hareketleri düzgün yaptıkça zorlaştırın bence,plankı plank hip dipse çevirmek gibi.Şu an çok etkili oluyor.👍
