Josh Matthews The only songs Head does backing vocals on live now are this “Lies”, and “Blind”, but that’s only because he did it in the studio recording of those songs. That pretty much explains why Head doesn’t do backing vocals on songs like “Right Now” live, despite the fact that he did before he left. He should just do them with Munky to make it stronger, because Munky’s not a great vocalist, and he even admits it himself. Hell, he was gonna do vocals in Fear and the Nervous System, but then decided not to because he knew he wouldn’t do so good. I don’t know why he doesn’t get coaching or even some help from JD & Head.
Wow I thought they quit doing this when Head wasn't with them. I haven't seen them do this with Munky. You can barely hear him. So much better now that Head is back, Ray is playing it very well, and I don't see much problem with his playing here either.
Why does the stage feel empty on this performance. It's weird. Yeah I know Brian isn't with them at this point, but on other performances without Brian the stage doesn't feel this empty. Is it just me?

Well you also got to remember Brian Welch is a professionally trained vocalist when Brian quit the band Munky was a last minute backing vocalist. So we can't be criticizing too much.
