@jameslaspesa6834 I'm so very sorry for your loss, James. You have to look at the bright side of things, even in death. Here you can feel comfort knowing he is no longer suffering in his health. You can also celebrate that YOU got to be HIS son of all people.... That's pretty cool, right? You got to create shared memories that only you and he share and those are priceless and so very special noone else gets to enjoy but you. Try to find more reasons to celebrate his life and its impact on you and what amazing things you carry forward because of him. Also, make sure you love yourself and allow yourself all the things you need to allow yourself and be your own best friend in avoiding things you know will not benefit you or your mental health. I struggle with Anxiety and Depression among a few other challenges, and that's why I haven't posted in so long. I am trying to get back into this and am hoping it will help others like you get your mind onto something constructive and positive like music and learning guitar and looping. I hope you will find strength from within. You have it, you have light. Let it shine for us to see. I'm here any time you need to chat. Sending love and comfort, James.
